Had a wonderful Thanksgiving long weekend at KOA Kingston. Beautiful park, lots of fun stuff to keep the kids busy outside. impeccably clean bathroom facilities. Fun family friendly activities (Cookie decorating, wagon rides, scavenger hunt). Great location ….20 minute drive to downtown Kingston which is a beautiful city.

This is our second time going there for a weekend with our trailer and this is such a nice location. Grounds are very well kept and clean. Staff are very friendly and are always there to make out stay comfortable. Washrooms are so clean.. Would definitely recommend.

I have tent-camped here twice when needing a single-night space after dropping/visiting my daughter at Queen's. Kingston hotels can be very expensive on certain weekends and the convenience/location of this KOA are great. As a tent camper, I might not stay here for an extended period of time; the tent sites are sloped, and directly beside the pool & playground, so are busy. Having said that, the sites are very close to the office/store/bathrooms/showers, which is a great convenience when you are tenting. This KOA is also directly beside a rail trail, making this a good home base for cycling that trail.

The park was nice and clean. Our cabin was top notch. Clean and had full kitchen fridge. No need to bring anything to use to cook with. The cabin had everything. Definitely go back again.

The campground was very clean, and our site was beautiful, which we appreciated. However, our overall experience was impacted by the owners’ children. While they were polite, they were consistently overbearing—following us to every amenity and inserting themselves into our activities without invitation. Despite our efforts to gently set boundaries, they continued to hover, which made it difficult for us to enjoy quality family time. This was especially challenging for our shy child, who felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable throughout the stay. Additionally, the mini golf course is in poor condition and in need of repair. Charging guests to use a damaged and worn-out facility is disappointing and, in our view, unacceptable. Due to these issues, we’ve decided not to return.
