Nice clean campground. Check-in staff very friendly. Took the time to explain all the campgrounds facilities and hours. Kids loved the playground and bouncy pillow. The highlight was the heated pool. This is their favourite pool so far. It was clean and in great condition. Bonus is the shallow area for the young ones and pool slide. Our site was clean as well with good power and water pressure. We will return next year. Surprised they charge for mini-put. No other KOA's we've visited have a charge for this.

Currently still camping at Mallorytown KOA! What a great experience we've had so far. Everything from booking to enjoying has been so effortless and pleasant. I'm sorry this may be a longer review but there is a few things to cover. THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU WILL NEED... I have read them and there are some that not only seem impossible they are most definitely misguided! First. The layout and amenities, we are tenting it and the sites here couldn't be more private, spacious and well maintained there are spots to suit everyone's taste from secluded and tree covered to a bit more open for family activities. Also it's just minutes from the highway. Secondly, The owners and staff are beyond incredible if there's an issue (there isnt) but they are on top of everything. I value customer service and enjoy when people take pride in what they offer and let me tell you .....Susan is the most amazing hands on operator I have ever met. When we arrived she was there to great us, when ever we wanted to use the well stocked store she was there to assist, she worked the breakfast restaurant and her along side her husband held a raffle prize table and had a band here for Labour Day Weekend. WELL IF SHE WASNT OUT GETTING PEOPLE DANCING ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE INCREDIBLE!! All proceeds went to camp for kids with cancer and the passion and emotion her husband showed along with pride to be able to do what they love while allowing people to have a great time and win prizes but also was extremely visibly passionate about helping the kids. It has been a true pleasure to get to know them a bit while witnessing this amazing place they have built together. Lastly, the facilities are impeccable from the well lit extremely clean washrooms to the pool that welcomes all ages and abilities along side a very nostalgic mini putt and a jumping pill for the kids that is just one of those things that will instill a life time of memories for all that are lucky enough to attend this place. To summarize our stay it has been our pleasure to meet such great people in such a relaxed fun place. People who really care that you and your family not only have a great time but also care about what they offer and proudly provide to the patrons. ****they even deliver firewood to your site**** unbelievable!! To Susan and her husband as well as all the hard working staff like Christian and son we appreciate the hard work and dedication in to this magical little slice of land . Sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts thank you for saving our vacation and providing the vacation we needed and deserved. All the best in the future and with out a shadow of a doubt we will return again and again and possibly decide to invest in a seasonal trailer all because of you guys. Keep up the fantastic work!

We were disappointed with our recent stay at the Mallorytown KOA. While the fireworks and live band were enjoyable, the overall experience was overshadowed by how the campground was managed. Although we respected the 11 pm quiet time, even quietly sitting by the campfire with friends was treated as “too loud.” This made the atmosphere feel more restrictive than relaxing. More concerning for us was a situation where our son and his friends, ages 10 to 14, felt uncomfortable with how a rule was enforced. We believe it could have been handled in a way that better respected their privacy and created a more positive experience. In our view, speaking directly with parents would have been a more appropriate approach. When we shared our concerns, we felt we weren’t taken seriously. While the campground does have some enjoyable features, the strict enforcement of rules and how this particular situation was handled left us uneasy. I wish I had read past reviews before booking, and I would encourage the owners to reflect on feedback to create a more welcoming and family-friendly environment moving forward.

Lodged with 4 grandchildren for 4 nights. They had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic pool and riding carts. Great service and the campground was clean and impeccable. We will certainly stay here again and without hesitation we would highly recommend this campground.

We had a great time here! The campground was very clean, well-maintained, and had a family-friendly atmosphere. Everything was organized and taken care of with attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Special thanks to Susan for being so helpful and attentive throughout our stay – we really appreciated it!
