This place is a quick getaway camp for us. But, love this park for walking, fishing and picnicking when we don't stay overnight. As a campground the only negative is a lack of shade. But, trees have to grow right? The staff are always awesome to deal with. The place is clean and very quiet. Easy access to some great places.

What a beautiful lake and a place to camp. Running here is so pleasant. Be sure to go in the morning as there isn't much shade around the lake. It's around 3.2 miles around, and you can go on a longer route if wanted as well. Some Spots are uphill, so may be hard for wheelchairs or strollers.

Very clean and quiet campground. Nice lake with walking trail, large picnic shelter, clean restrooms/showers. Super friendly and helpful staff. Small store with ice and other items. Level sites, good hookups. Stayed here twice on our trip. Bonus, Imo's delivers! Recycling available.

What an amazing campground. Lovely showers. Love having laundry onsite! Have to say the security guy or park ranger that was on was so quick when the tornado sirens went off. He had the shower houses open and ready by the time we got to the shower house. Loved walking around the lake each day. Recommend

This was the second time we've camped here. Loved it both times. The campground is well-maintained and easy to navigate. The sites are large and level with full hook-ups, picnic tables amd fire rings. Right on the paved hiking/biking trail on the lake. We had good cell service with Verizon. The campground dog park is large!

Love this place ! It has a beautiful waking/running or biking trail. An amazing big dog park. Such a beautiful place and everyone there is always so nice! We will definitely stay again.

I only come out during the winter to view all the ducks and geese that use the huge lake for a refuge. Always a clean well run place. Worth every bit of tax money they get from me.

This is a really nice park with long paved walking and biking trails. The RV sites are paved. It’s a nice spot to kick back and relax. When the trees are more mature there will be lots of shade.

This is a great place to spend your outdoor time! Nice lake, walking/biking trails, playground, dog park, BBQ pavilion... so much to offer! The RV park is very nicely designed and very well kept as well! Definitely worth the time to visit!
