Trust me this RV park is a gem! It's definitely under new management. Crystal has gone above & beyond helping us get all set-up. The park is clean, quiet & spacious. Come check out this hidden gem amongst bustling Hwy 377.

I stayed at 377 RV park for 2 months and I was pleased with the location and the amenities. I was especially happy with the manager Crystal! She was attentive with my mail and was always available to answer questions and keeps the park running smooth! I would stay there again for sure. Thanks again Crystal, you rock!!!

Terrible experience. Noisy, high-priced, NO Amenities, Spotty internet, hardly any parking, no pull through spaces, and the 2 Dumpsters were so full we couldn't throw our trash away. Management addressed our concerns with, "That's just the way it is. Take it or leave it." So we left and will not be back.

The unprofessionalism and attitude that both owners and management display here are unreal. They raised rent 25% without proper legal notice on every long term resident, and did so during Christmas week 2021 with only two weeks notice. I brought the illegality of this to their attention and they denied it and have been threatening to evict me ever since. STAY AWAY. Rent is due on the 3rd of the month and I went in too pay rent which I thought was a day early, yet I was berated by the manager because I didn't pay my rent on the 1st. Turns out that they didn't give me legal notice of that either. She took it upon herself to threaten eviction right after taking my rent money for May. Greedy ownership and unprofessional management. Stay away even if it's short term. Not worth the hassle.

This park has new owners. They have done some upgrades like adding spots so you and your neighbor are right on top of each other.they allow trailers that are old and falling apart and that’s what you can walk out your front door to each day , window air conditioners running 24 /7 . The free WiFi they advertise is half the speed of my hotspot on 2 bars of lte.the spots are so narrow my trailer had to have the tires on one side on my patio slab .parking is an issue .they have no facilities at all except for bathrooms and you need to leave a cash deposit for a key .I left for a week for work and my truck side mirror was broken it was the straw that broke the camels back . I asked for a refund for the remainder of the month based on my experience and was basically laughed at. This park is cheap and you certainly get what you pay for . Choose wisely this place isn’t it .the only thing I can say nice is the camp hosts were great but the owners have there hands tied to fix anything

Was there for business purposes. If you need a quiet RV spot down that way - and they have space! - check it out. Quiet, shady and accessible.
