We stayed here for about a month while visiting family in the area. Friendly neighbors and staff. Our dog loved the dog parks and made some new friends. Laundry area was well kept and clean. The pool looked nice and inviting but was closed for the winter. Would recommend if you are in the area.

Spent about 8 months at 4 Moore Ranch while working in the area. Definitely one of the better parks, Tommy the owner is a super good fella. The two dog parks with grass (yes grass in Midland TX!) are great additions. A pool and on site laundry as well. I never had any issues there except for one minor one and Tommy was immediately responsive to it. He really does look after his tenants.
