A well-managed park with many amenities. Great staff and friendly residents. Many residents return seasonally or live there permanently. Well-organized activities and close to shopping and parks.

I would not recommend if you have a dog! You will be targeted and manager has spies in the park! We love the residents except spies who do this to you with no proof it came from our dog!

The residents are super friendly. There are the basic amenities and many activities. The overall maintenance of the facilities is lacking and everything needs a thorough cleaning. The manager is a "little rough" to staff and residents.

An older mobile home park with many rv sites. All the residents are super friendly. Staff is great, friendly and helpful, will spot you if you need help getting into your site. Swimming pool and pickle ball courts, club house and more. Gated community so very safe and quiet. Close to shopping with easy access from freeway. The rv sites are rather crowded and small. I had 5G with T-moble and 30 plus channels on the TV antenna. Price is reasonable. I would stay here again.
