This place is incredible. The staff is so welcoming and easy to talk to. There is walking trails and ponds. They have a playground for my kids, basketball court AND they are working on adding a pool. Definitely 5 Stars!! It feels like home.

The park itself and amenities are decent, but the people that are allowed to stay here are sketchy. No background check required, kids running around everywhere un-supervised, people allowed to store their jetskis, kids toys, junk all over there RV sites. The laundry is very expensive to do on site. Very trashy place. We went to an RV park elsewhere that is much more affordable, with free laundry, and that requires background checks. I would stay elsewhere if you value family, community, and safety.

Fantastic RV park. I stayed in a premium larger shaded spot in the part. It is very quiet and spacious. These folks know how to run an RV park. I stayed for just shy of 4 months with no issues. The park has good WiFi. Easy check in process. Owners are very hands on in the park. Many new amenities coming to this park and the owners are very excited for them to be finished. This is the place to stay.

Great price for staying next to a busy hwy with truck traffic starting at 4am. At 430am they start a semi truck up in the RV park and head off for something. Great place if you don’t need sleep between, 4 and sunrise. To finish it off, two weeks after my stay the owners freely and without my approval charged me for utilities. I was not a long term stay, I was just passing through. Last time I checked that’s theft. “Surprise here is a $70 utilities bill. And we took the money for it without permission”. Crooks. Don’t waste your time. Keep driving.
