Awesome place to stay in Red River. The sites are large and level with adequate space between sites to give each privacy. The river front sites are the best and we loved our week here in October. I have stayed at other parks in the area and this one is the best. Staff was super friendly and the camp store is well stocked. Would for sure stay here again.

First time visiting Red River. Our stay at 4K River Ranch in our fifth wheel was very relaxing and we couldn’t ask for more. The staff were very pleasant! We enjoyed our afternoon sits and sits around our Solo at night that overlooked the pond and the colorful mountains surrounding us. Our only complaint is that the wifi is weak, but no big deal as we came here to relax and enjoy the Fall colors and not internet or social media.

The location was great. I loved fishing in the river and actually caught trout. The RV sites are very close together and subsequently it is not very quiet or peaceful. It is a great place for kids. It is very safe for them to ride their bikes around by themselves and fish or just have fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Update: we loved this place so much that we stayed an extra night, which meant we had to move to a different site. The new site was quite large with a view of a mountain across the river. It was close to the bathrooms/showers, which were immaculate. Original review: We stayed in a travel trailer here. The spaces are level but a little narrow, though everything else made up for that. We were right on the river with a pretty fishing pond behind us. Friendly staff escorted us to our space and were very helpful. The location is surrounded by mountains, and flowers were growing along the river. It was very quiet overnight. Lots of fellow travelers were catching fish from the pond and the river. Located conveniently close to town. This resort seems very secure.

4K was a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place with beautiful surroundings and really nice staff. I could tell the staff were happy there because they were genuinely friendly and very helpful. I love the rustic cabins! Same with all the guests I encountered there, they all seemed friendly and content. It was nice to see the children playing outside and getting fresh air instead of sitting with electronic devices occupying their minds. I love it each and every time I stay there. 😊👍🏽

Me and my girlfriend got to spend the weekend here this past weekend and from the moment we arrived we were so very impressed they knew who we were as soon as we walked into the gifts shop to the condo#5 to seeing a very clean very nice condo that we both were at awe to the staff so friendly and welcoming to the view I have to say omg omg so breath taking and amazing to the fishing pond were the fish was always bitting and to the gazebo and fire pit so amazing 5 stars isn't enough for 4kriver ranch they need 100 stars already planned next visit for July so amazing

Stayed in February 25' very nice full service, modern campground with several new cabins directly on the stream with mountain views. Main st of town is 1 mile away, we just traveled around on a side x side. Would be very pretty in spring and summer with fishing in the stocked pond

Booked a 2 night stay for a couple months out and unfortunately had to cancel this due to work. Even 2 full months away from booking they kept 25% of the total cost of the stay. So 73$ for a place I did not stay and gave ample cancellation timing. It looked beautiful but based on this kind of fee policy I will not be rebooking in the future.

We made a quick run to Red River to ski booked online at 4K they had lots of snow and the owners called to let us know road conditions and safe travels plus made everything so simple! The place is beautiful and clean and friendly! We will be back and refer others!

We paid in full for a weekend during the shut down and everything was closed cause of Covid got a gift certificate to use for a year of course we have been scared to travel cause of Covid in hope they would honor something for us and didn’t even get a, “we can do something” to honor that! I wouldn’t recommend this place what so ever they wouldn’t even give a refund for the state shutdown after one day of placing the reservation it’s a bad business! Also not friendly!

A very nice place! Keep in mind the cabins are very rustic so not everything is going to be like home. The biggest issue for us was the mattresses. They're VERY soft and we kept sinking towards the center and getting in each other's hair and sometimes running into each other when turning over throughout the night. We each slept in separate beds the last night and slept perfectly. The grounds are beautiful and you don't hear a sound at night - nor can you see anything in the cabin when all the lights are out. It's great! They're planning to replace these cabins with new ones (& hopefully, new beds) si it'll be even nicer when we return - & we will be returning. Loved the place and the town! Q!

We were there for a family trip and everyone else had trailers and we stayed in a cabin which was not far from where they were. Make happen with nice sized. The personnel at the lodge were very helpful. It is close enough to Red River one of my favorite places. All in all I would recommend staying at the 4K River Ranch.
