Passing through for a couple weeks while working, super affordable, and Tom, the park host, is very friendly and worked with my unpredictable status. There is a park within walking distance for the dogs also. Will definitely stay here again if life brings me back this way.

As a long term Resident I can say this is a GREAT park. With our stay going on a year and hopefully many more. Tom the park manager works hard to keep the park clean and tidy. He is always so helpful with any concerns and needs. Wonderful bathrooms and showers, clean laundry room, and always a sparkling pool all for a fair price!

Very nice site. Just outside Gonzales it is very peaceful. The spaces are flat gravel with space for parking we well, for even 42' rigs. The staff is friendly and check-in is very smooth. Would definitely revisit.

This is a very nice, well maintained RV park on the eastern edge of Gonzales. The on-site laundry facility is reasonably priced and the machines are clean and in working order. The restrooms and showers were extremely clean. Propane is sold on site and is very reasonably priced. The on-site staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The park does have a swimming pool that appeared to be very clean (it was January, so we did not use the pool). The wi-fi was excellent and the free cable TV was an added bonus. Because of the reasonably close proximity to San Antonio, additional TV channels are available with an antenna. I think this park may have been designed to attract people who are working temporarily in the area. It is located on a very busy highway, which makes for an extremely easy commute to work, but it is definitely not a quiet setting. If you are traveling with dogs, there's very little space available to walk your pets, BUT, the town of Gonzales has a number of very nice parks. Our dogs enjoyed getting to to to the parks to play and walk. I would definitely stay at this park again if visiting the area.
