I’ve stayed at 88 shades and number of times. I find it a comfortable place to stay. I really enjoy their hot tub though it seems not a lot of people take advantage of it. Better for me

We have been coming to this RV park for years, we always use their lapidary room to cut stones and interact with other campers. We've been trying to book a stay for 3 weeks. We've tried calling them everyday, leaving them a message. You can't book on line and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. What absolutely horrible their service and communication is. They never called me back. They need to fire who they have, because it's been going downhill since they've been managing the park. They're just horrible. How sad for the owners!!

Decent place, the office staff is pretty nice. Im a resident here most of the year, when it gets to hot i go elsewhere, but always come back.

Very nice park and good quality for price. Nice cactus garden in center. There is noise from the highway but you get used to it.

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed ourselves. Maria in the office was really nice and helpful and we got to meet Johnson and visit for a little bit, he is a very soft spoken, kind gentleman. The campground is kinda close to the highway, but we got used to it and didn’t mind. I actually loved it by the end of the month. The sound helped me sleep better. The sites have full hookups and are big rig friendly. They also have a nice little hot tub with warm water and was very clean, and a place to wash your car or rv! Very happy with their amenities and would definitely go back again, and we plan to! Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one❤️

The folks were very friendly and helpful. The site great. However if traveling with a hunting dog, like we do, they have a ton of wild rabbits. Which we agreed were cute but not with a dog that hunts.

$37 for a nice wide spot with power and wifi, Showers are basic but clean, laundry area is not visually appealing but the equipment works. Fruit trees on the property that you are welcome to pick. We picked several small grapefruit and had them for breakfast, nice treat.

I was a snowbird here for three years and then spent my first full year through the summer this year. The residents are kind, inviting and deserve a safe place to reside. If you are staying less than a week, you should have no problems as the short-term spots are clean and away from the full time resident area. When I first started coming, the place had a few cluttered places, but overall the fruit trees were beautiful and the park was well-kept. Over the course of four years, I have watched an old park become a slum. The roads are filled with potholes and large gravel making it difficult and unsafe for seniors and disabled people to walk. The shower in the ladies bathroom has been in the process of being "re-done" for over a year. Fruit and dead animals are left to rot on the ground, attracting rats and snakes. There are between 15-20 abandoned trailers left to deteriorate and the spaces are never weeded or raked. The maintenance building has become a graveyard for nonworking vehicles and golf carts left rotting in the sun. The power is iffy, it went out all summer on a particular row during 125 degree heat. We were very worried about our elderly and disabled neighbors. The cactus garden used to be a lovely attraction for the whole town, it is now overgrown, underwatered and left to deteriorate. It's very sad, because the potential is obvious, but it is being wasted. The owner is in WAY over his head. He is unable to make decisions or fully articulate a cohesive answer to a question. He refuses to pay professionals to repair things in the park. He does not respond to complaints in a timely manner. Every time a resident tries to address the issue, he makes rambling speeches about all the things he has planned, but one learns over time that nothing comes to fruition. In his responses to negative reviews on google he does the same thing, listing all the things he "plans" on fixing, but never follows through. Just walk into the leasing office and take a look in the crowded hoard encroaching on the front desk. It's truly a reflection of his character. There are many, many nice places to stay in Quartzsite. 88 Shades is not one of them.
