Very nice RV park. Small, Mom and Pop kind of place. Very well kept. Quiet. Huge dog park. The staff are some of the nicest people. We have a huge toy hauler, 46 feet, and they worked with us to find a spot. The spot was perfect. They have mature trees that are well maintained. I just can't say enough good things.

I had to stop in Baker City when I had some engine trouble. This RV park has clean facilities and extremely helpful, friendly staff. I was able to fill my propane, shower and do laundry. The office also has a small store. Plus, the dog park is huge!

Im not much of a "review" person, but I had to take time out to highlight this park and ownership. We came to this park by accident as my truck had some issues. I called around 530pm and Michelle was INCREDIBLY friendly, helpful and welcoming. She got us RIGHT in, she even was able to help move other reservations to different spots in the event we needed to stay longer. Her and her husband, Ron, met us at the front as the tow truck arrived, got us set up and even offered to let us borrow an extension cord for the outlet. We have been at this park for a week now (awaiting truck repairs) and its one of my favorite parks. They are SO on top of keeping things clean and tidy, making extra amenities for the property. The owners are beyond just helpful in the RV park way, but have went out of their way to help give us recommendations on where to go, different mechanics, and enjoyable conversations. They have the BEST dog park here that my 2 dogs have been in HEAVEN with. 16 acres, EXTREMELY pet friendly. And the VIEW of the ELKHORN mountains is incredible. Even tho this was a "by accident" event that we ended up here, we would ABSOLUTELY come back BY CHOICE in the future. We have really enjoyed Baker City, despite the conditions.

One of our favorite campgrounds while we are traveling for vacation. Love the large off leash area for my dog. Location is right off the freeway, quiet atmosphere and clean facilities.

This little roadside RV campground is by far the best and cheapest we've stayed at. I even seen electric hookup at tentsites. Reservations are made by phone but the lady was very kind and quick gave detailed instructions and the price for a full hookup was only $45. They have an area for your dogs to run, nice bathrooms and laundry. There is some highway noise but with a fan or air running you don't hear it. Bonus it's 1/4 mile off exit. I highly recommend stopping when you're in this area.

I loved the welcome sign at the entrance and marking our spot. Showers were hot. Thank you!

Stay here for overnight on the way to final destination. Nice owner, very clean bathrooms and shower. Huge space to walk a dog or exercise early morning by yourself. The reason for 4 star is a need of a little bit more landscaping.

We had a very nice stay here for 2 nights in October 2021. This gracious couple made us feel so welcome. Clean and quiet..not packed in.. I recommend it and would be happy to stay there again if my travels came that way. Thank you, A Frame owners for demonstrating great customer service

This is a great place for a stopover on the way to your final destination. There's lots of shade and a huge pasture like dog area. It's also a good base camp if you plan to explore the surrounding area. Laundry and bathroom facilities are very clean. The office has a small selection of necessities if you're in a bind. We would stay here again.

Super friendly staff, the grounds were clean as were the bathrooms. The night check in was very well lit which was nice. The check in office had lots of little convenience items which was appreciated. BUT.. the bathrooms were not handicapped accessible that we ever saw / found. The actual bathroom stalls were so small that you have to open the stall door to complete your *paperwork*. Hubby stated the men's bathroom was just as *tight* and he is an average sized guy. Sorry... that may be a TMI, but it's true... lol If you have a self contained camper/RV this is a non-issue. A nice little town is just one off ramp back to the east where you'll find big box stores, food and most any service you might need (not more than 7 minutes away from the campground). Nice sized exercise area for dogs. Easy off/on to the freeways too - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Baker City, OR - Oregon Trails West RV Park 42534 North Cedar Road; 541-523-3236; Small park with 44 FHU sites but most are filled with seasonal or full time rigs. The center part with pull through gravel sites are open for nightly or short term RVers. Some 50 amp but more with 30 amp. Each site had a picnic table. Our site needed a leveling board but not all sites did. Sites were long enough for big rigs and toads (if the rig is really long, the toad might have to go sideways, but we had room to back in our 1 ton dually in front of our 38 foot toy hauler) There were designated dog walking areas. Small convenience store on site. No cable but we were able to get many OTA channels. The WiFi worked well during the daytime but of course, once the park was full, it slowed down to almost impossible to use. Not a destination park by any means but convenient for a few nights to see the history in the area (Lewis and Clark expedition, Oregon Trail, gold mining). Restrooms were small but clean. Laundry room had 4 washers, 4 dryers...$1.50/wash; 25 cents for 10 min./dryer. The staff members were friendly and helpful. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
