I'm only giving them 4 stars because they were out of steaks! Lol. Otherwise this was a nice campground. Very quiet. Hosts were very friendly upon arrival and got us situated very quickly.

My family and I were driving to Montgomery, while in the midst of the drive I was getting sleepy. I googled "campground near me" and came across A-ok. I pulled into a front vacant lot around midnight and saw a dog barking, which made the gentleman come outside. He was the owner. He was very friendly (and sleepy lol) and allowed for me to stay. I was very thakful for that. The next morning, his son approached my camper and we handled the payment. They accommodated my stay wonderfully. I appreciate them for being so kind and thoughtful. I will actually plan a stay next time. The wife mentioned that she will give my boys and I a tour on their campground. They have longhorns and other awesome sites to explore. Thank you guys for being such a great family owned campground. ❤️

Don't be fooled by first impressions, not all the pads are paved and the roads aren't paved but they make up for it in so many ways. The management will bend over backwards to make your stay a pleasant one. This is a very quiet campground, no late night parties. My kind of place.

If you need a cheap place for short term then take your chances. Keep your stuff locked up and be careful of the full timers. Not family friendly and there is nothing to do here. You get what you pay for. We watched a guy and girl get served warrants in our area. Guns out and k9 dog. They have strict "rules" but only enforce when the owner doesn't want to be lazy. There are life lingers there and anyone traveling knows how awful that is. Many people told us who live there full time HATE the owners but put up with them because it's cheap. Photo of felon wanted who was arrested. I have the full video if you need more proof. I am pretty sure most of the "great" reviews are from Larry and Cats family and friends. Safe travels . SHALOM

Great RV park, it's quiet but also not far from town. About 7 minutes to the nearest Publix. The lots are good size, there is plenty of room for pulling big RVs in and out, makes parking and set up a breeze. Staff has been very attentive to us and extremely friendly. If your looking for something to do near by there is Alpine farms, where you can pick different produce Including strawberries, peaches, pumpkins, and sunflowers, based on the season. It's also not far from downtown Dothan, there's a lot of nightlife in the area for a small town. We like the quiet out here at A-okay RV park. They also have propane for sale on site.

If you like country this is the part to go to! The owners are fantastic. The park is clean and the lots are huge. The Wi-Fi what's a little shaky but they plan to improve that at some point in time. The area in back of the park is the residents of the owners and they raise Longhorns. Such a beautiful stately animal. We were given The Grand Tour of all the Longhorns by the mister of the park. This certainly is more than just a okay it is fabulous.

Nice big lots. Owners are very accommodating. We stayed 2 nights, had a good experience.

Our first time here and I am impressed. Huge level spots. The campground is beautiful. Very very nice. Full hook-ups too. Definitely will be back when we can stay longer.
