My husband and I have house and dog sit for some residents for the past 3 months and it is so peaceful and refreshing there. Especially compared to the city. The manager, Gabby, is so nice and friendly and always willing to help and answer any questions. I recommend this place to live. The purple here are friendly and keep to themselves. Very clean as well.

The park is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The tenants make newcomers feel welcome and host small events throughout the week…like wine night! The property is gated, there are washers and dryers available, as well as Wi-Fi. The clubhouse has books, puzzles, and a pool table. Acacia is a great place to call home.

Thank you for your polite & professional response. If only you could 'educate' the unprofessional thug who followed us, blocked our car with his, accused us of trespassing and demanded we leave - then tailed us all the way to the exit, your rating can go up even further. Please teach him some manners and stress the importance of due diligence and decorum needed in handling such encounters. He needs to deploy finesse and courtesy in addressing such issues, instead of acting like a renegade vigilante. Poorly maintained but gated??? We drove by to look at spaces to move our fifth wheel at the park. A big guy, claiming to be a tenant, just chased us down and told us we have to leave. He was rude, mean and very belligerent. We told him we had a friend that recently moved in the park and recommended it to us. He continued to insisit we were trespassing. Oh well, it is not this type of unfriendly and combative tenants we want to live with. Easy decision to make.
