Acorn Oaks always has lots of things to do yet it is sooo peaceful! The owners make sure the campground is clean and safe for everyone. The seasonal campers are friendly and help each other. I've tried lots of campgrounds, Acorn Oaks is the best!

We had such an awesome weekend staying here! The owners & all the workers are super friendly. The snack shack and store had everything we needed plus some. Not having to cook when we didn’t feel like it was great and the food was good! The game room and all the games & movies for the kids to rent for free was also great! The hayride was fun. Free ☕️ all day was awesome! The catch and release fishing was good and the other half of the pond is for swimming & has a little beach area. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It is on a highway so there is traffic noise but other than that I have ZERO complaints. Very clean park. We highly recommend staying here if you want a chill, fun weekend! We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Acorn Oaks RV Park was the best we have ever experienced! The owners and staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We did NOT encounter Any problems at all while we were there. It was peaceful and enjoyable. The “Quite” times were acknowledged by all campers! Campers were respectable including all the children! We will definitely be using this camp ground a lot more in the future! Just can’t say enough about this camp ground! The new owners were also very easy to find as they drove around or walked around the camp grounds to ask if there was anything we needed…. You don’t find that anywhere else! Activities were fun for the children and adults. Something for everyone! Thank you Acorn Oaks for a very Peaceful and enjoyable stay! See you next year!

We love this place. The staff amazing. The amenities amazing. The store probably has everything you could need from the kitchen to the outside of the camper. Everyone is super friendly. The snack shack absolutely delicious. The Philly cheese steak was our favorite. Our time was cut short unfortunately (due to husbands work) and they were super fair and reimbursed the difference. My daughter was supposed to have a package come in from her grandmother and one of the staff was so kind to take time and mail it to our next location. Honestly the best place we have ever stayed and very sad we couldn’t stay longer.

We stayed at acorn oaks campground for a week and rented one of their brand-new RVs—everything was spotless and super comfortable. The campground was beautiful and well-maintained, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The small swimming pond was perfect for cooling off on the hot, humid days. We also enjoyed the Saturday breakfast and some of the lunch options they offered. The staff is super friendly and eager to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Great experience from start to finish—would absolutely come back!

A perfect place for a one-night transit or a one-week stay. Lots of beautiful trees, large open areas for walking. Perfect for dogs and a large dog park. We have a big class A and many of the pads are hard to see, as they are all gravel with a lot of grown in grass, however, the pads are very hard-packed. Even with lots of rain we didn't have any issues with support for tires or jacks. This park is a hidden gem.

Christie and Bill have really turned this place around. Everything is clean and well kept. The camp store is nicely stocked with all the essentials. The snack shack is perfect for lazy summer weekends. The pond is very clean and relaxing whether swimming or fishing.

We don't usually camp on holiday weekends, too crazy for me! But, I took a chance and booked us a reservation for Labor Day. It was a great weekend! This is a smaller campground and about 25 minutes from Indiana Beach or 20 minutes Rensselear, IN. Our neighbor campers were great as was the owner ( had a problem with our power jack and the owner brought us a jack to help!!) This place is absolutely family friendly and dog friendly as well. All staff that we ran across were pleasant, and the woman in the camp store was wonderful! Camping spots are all grass no pads but they are pretty level, and quiet time IS quiet time (awesome). I don't know what else I can tell you. If you are thinking of staying here I would say go ahead. We took a chance and we're pleasantly surprised, we will be back!!

We took a chance and spent our summer vacation here. What a pleasant surprise. So peaceful and quiet during the weekdays. The campers packed in during the weekend and still a nice relaxing experience. They had plenty of activities planned, good food and friendly campers. The owners and staff were gracious and very approachable. They are creating a very family friendly environment. We wish them well in the endeavors and will be seeing them soon.

Owner stated on the website @s×that they had bathrooms, Wi-Fi, showers and laundry. Told us to set up and we would take care of the paperwork after. Once we had paid and then ask about the amenities we were told they had none of these. No showers till spring. Laundry is under construction. No Wi-Fi. Seems like a scam to me.

Great little campground! We will be visiting again next summer. They have a pond to go fishing in and everyone was so friendly here.

This campground was pretty nice. The owner is helpful and the lots are quiet and trash free. They also have restrooms showers a general store hiking trail and playground. There is even a small fully stocked pond for fishing perch and blue gill. I rented lot E7 for my 36' TT and am impressed. My family loved it so much we stayed about 3 months here in a row. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again.

We had a great stay! Nancy was super nice, helpful, and always around! The camp ground is nice! Has a laundry place, shower, and nice walking trails. Stayed a month and didn’t have a single problem with anything!
