We stayed at the RV long term park. The grounds were well maintained and the parking pads are fantastic. Everyone from the facility staff was very friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. We only wished we could of gotten a lake view.

We rented cabin 17 for a few days as a quick family getaway before school starts. It was amazing! The cabin felt very secluded and private. We even had the beach and swimming area to our selves at one point. The staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze! I highly recommend!

This was our first time at Milford lake and acorn resorts. We loved our cabin and the whole property. We enjoyed the entire cabin including the chairs, fire pit and picnic table outside. We brought our own kayaks and were able to get them in and out of the water fairly easy. We loved the beach! Lots of fun places to fish. Very dog friendly. Overall a blast! We hope to be back!!!

We stayed at Yurt 1 for our daughter’s first birthday and had an amazing time. AC worked phenomenally in the yurt. The facilities are very clean, the staff is well organized and accommodating. The pool is 1FT entry, so it was great for our daughter to play in and enjoy! The beaches are clean and sand well is maintained. Overall a great experience! We will be back.

I really wasn't expecting much out of Acorns, the pictures online were nice but we know how those can be misleading. We arrived early but the room was ready so the nice ladies at the front checked us in. We arrived at our large cabin and from the outside, it looked amazing! We all walked in and the inside was amazing as well! Such a nice way to start a trip off. We drove around the resort area and it was all top notch. What a hidden gem. This is by far the best lake resort in Kansas, no competition from any where else in this state. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!

We stayed in a yurt. Very neat experience. My family of 4 fit absolutely perfect! Mom and dad slept in nice and soft queen bed while the 2 kids slept on the provided EXTRA LARGE army style cots in their sleeping bags. Showers were provided at the resort office free of charge. Extremely easy access to the boat slips. Which was another great feature they offer. Overnight boat slips for 15 extra i would highly recommend. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable of the area surrounding milford lake. 1 minor thing i would address would be the poison ivy all over the trails. Make sure your family stays on the rocked trails as the poison ivy is all over the ground. Even in some mowed areas I noticed some. If not for that definitely would be a 5 of 5 in my experience!

Great place! Rented a Yurt and it was fantastic! Had a RV site where friends were able to have their RV close by. Swimming beach right by Yurt. Lodge has heated salt water pool very nice! The Cove Bar and Grill right on the path from Yurt. Already reserved for next year:)

Nice resort at Milford Lake with all the amenities your family needs. The cabins are clean and well taken care with many of the comforts you have at home. The beach area is perfect for the kids to play and they have a nice little dock area for your boat. The swimming pool is a nice addition to the resort. The only downsize to the resort is that the newer rv sites lack any shade. Nice level areas but zero shade. Would recommend this place to anybody coming to stay and play at the lake.

Always enjoy visiting. They have options for tent camping, to RVs, to cabins to lodges. The facilities are really nice. The pool is great when the lake isn't quite warm enough to swim in and the staff is really friendly. We enjoy renting a boat for the day and paddling around on the kayaks. It really enjoyable for all age groups. (In our group we had an infant, toddler, teenager, and adults; all were enjoying our time.)

We had a great stay in one of the yurts. There was a nice big deck overlooking the lake, an area with a grill, fire pit, and picnic table. We were within walking distance from the beaches and my son could just walk down to the lake and fish. The only downfalls were that there was glass on the beach and in the water. My son had a rather large piece of glass enter his foot from knee deep water. The outdoor lights at our yurt did not work. This made it difficult to navigate to the bathroom in the dark. Overall, 100% recommend and will he staying again in the future. Great for a quiet low-key getaway!
