This used to be a very wonderful place for the Family. This is no resort. Now this place is more for the adults. Every weekend is about partying, getting drunk, getting high; and some of the Children under the age of six running around without supervision. How is that safe? Where’s the fun activities for the Children? Only a few maybe. Why aren’t there any set rules for Children under a certain age? Why isn’t anyone supervising these children? And the bathrooms on the weekends over by the pool are discussing and no one ever looks after them and someone is bound to slip on the very wet floors. Why doesn’t everyone keep up after them? Why is there always dust in the bathrooms as well? Why can some people get away with speeding over 5 1/2 miles per hr and others who do the speed get questioned? Why not get a radar? There needs to be set rules for everyone not just for certain ones

We have a seasonal site here, just signed on for our third season. As with most campgrounds with seasonal guests, we find it to be “clicky” and while most are welcoming to “new campers” some are not. Most of the staff are wonderful! Especially the maintenance and security crew. The ladies who work the front desk are fun and kind. We have had very limited interaction with the Manager of the park. Adults love the bands they host every weekend in the pavilion. Lots of drinking, but very few rowdy campers. The corn hole and horseshoe tournaments are a hit as are the poker tournaments. They also do wreath making and paint and sip events at additional cost. Kids activities are sparse unless they are into candy bar bingo (many weekends) or scavenger hunts. They did a few craft projects in a bag but you seem to have to stumble upon those. They do a movie on Thursday nights, but it starts so late that our kiddos were not interested. They have a large pool and a kiddie splash area which is fun. There’s a slide at the pool that some of the kids abuse jumping from the top into shallow water. We’d love to see an arcade/indoor game room of sorts for those rainy weekends. You often see the tweens/teens sitting on picnic tables watching their phones. At $4650/season w/o sewer hookup, it would be nice to see more structured activities for the kids of all ages, not just the 9-13 crowd. As well as the indoor Rec area i mentioned earlier. We really like our site and our neighbors.

We absolutely loved the place for the first 3 nights. The cabin was clean, comfortable, the staff were very friendly and seemed like safe environment. This lasted until the 3rd day, Sunday. We went out for the day and when we returned, someone had stolen everything left outside. Management and staff didn't seem to care saying "I guess someone thought you were gone." Evidently the culture is if it's left we can take it. If you visit lock up your things. We were the only weekend renters still on site we sat on the porch and watched as the residents, looked around all the other cabins. The looked on the porch, around the back, it seems that they have developed a practice of scavenging for what they can find when renters leave. It was both interesting and creepy to watch. Update; the owners promised an immediate all from management. We have not heard anything in a week.

It’s good but A side is cramped. Nice view of the long term neighbors and their clutter and probably broke every rule in the pamphlet but because of longevity, they get to do what they want with multiple cars and stuff piled all over the place, sheds, etc it looks like a junk yard. Certain folks get away with breaking the rules. Nice camp otherwise but going somewhere more private and less expensive and no view of clutter! Also, kids run around and destroy the bathrooms which were new and in great shape at the beginning of season. Pavilion is nice and there’s always music. Manager hard to reach. Neighbors snotty and laughed as we pulled our little camper out. Little do they know, we ended getting a $$$ 5th wheel and now have a nicer camp by the Thousand Islands. Never judge!! Weird place. Lots of pot smoking and drinking

We arrived on a Wednesday, checked out on a Monday. Bathrooms were decent and clean. Staff was very helpful. Nice, quiet resort until the weekend! Seems if you were a seasonal camper rules didn't apply. Extremely loud music played well beyond quiet hours. When music did stop, around 11:30ish, loud voices continued until 12:30ish. Kids run the park streets yelling and screaming as well. So disappointing that park officials didn't enforce their rules. Unfortunately, we will probably not return to this park.
