This is a wonderful park. The owner was super sweet and made sure that we could see where we were going to pull through. Even texted a map of the park & circled our site options. We would definitely stay here again really appreciated the veterans discount. Great stay for us.

Most wonderful Rv park ever ! I definitely prefer grass , flowers and mature trees that give lots of shade to a rock pad in the direct sun.. and owners are extremely nice . Great prices too !!!!!

My family and I had the absolute best experience at Adkins Sunshine Farm RV Park. While passing through the area, our vehicle broke down near a 7-Eleven not far from the park. That’s when Ms. Laura was the first to extend a helping hand and let us know about the RV park nearby. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness. Mr. Bill and Mrs. Sharon, Dylan, Kevin, Momma D, Laura, and even the young man camped next to our spot went out of their way to make sure we were okay. They offered assistance in every way possible—something we will never forget. Not only did we meet great people, but we found a sense of family while on the road. Thank you all for turning a tough situation into a truly heartwarming experience.

We love this park. It is a smaller park that is like a family, everyone is always willing to help each other out. The owners Sharon & Bill are extremely nice & caring owners who take great care of the park and make it a wonderful place to stay whether long-term or short. It’s a beautiful setting with lots of trees & flowers, also has chickens to give it a country feel even though it is right on the edge of town. It’s very easily accessible off the highway.

I travel for work a lot and stay at Adkins sunshine Farm RV Park every time I am in the area. The park is quiet and close to sherman and Gainsville so plenty of choices for shopping and eating. Whitesboro has an awesome Chinese place and other fast food places to eat at. Bill and Sharon are awesome just love them and the park has some long term residents but they are all very kind and very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to hang out while a way from Home. Love the chickens. Pet friendly for sure . Prices are very reasonable trust me. I stay at a lot of RV parks and this one is worth hanging your hat. Will see you next time.

Had a blowout on 82 and pulled in to have a nice shady safe place to swap a tire. From one RV park owner to another, you got a nice easy going place.
