Great place to stay for a SeaWorld visit. They run a shuttle twice a day to bring you and take you back which is very helpful. They have been on site outdoor pool and a game room which kids loved. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back to stay here for all our SeaWorld visits.

So as we depart here after a week stay , I can’t say enough great things about this rv park. Jamie the manager & staff were awesome. They actually care about their long term & short term guests. Massive pool & great amenities & always looking to upgrade. Well done Jamie , until next time

Really great place to Camp an RV at, Staff is super friendly and helpful. The resort is kept clean plenty of space for bunch of activities. The pool is kept up with. Love the 24/7 restrooms with working showers and clean toilets. It gets a little warm in there but over all pretty good set up. Laundry room is also 24/7 and never really a long wait. Everyone living or visiting the resort is super friendly. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We visit our San Antonio grandkids a few times a year from Arizona and this is always our go to place! Our grandson LOVES the HUGE pool. It's beautiful and always clean, as well as the whole park. I think most of the people live there long term, which I would definitely do if I went to visit for an extended period. I feel very safe there. The staff has always been very nice and helpful and welcoming! Glad I found this place!

This resort is truly the best I've been too! The service is amazing! The bathrooms are clean, large, and they have showers! The pool isn't too deep and a nice place for hanging out. The laundry room is SUPER convenient and the vending machines are a plus. Our neighbors have been kind and the community events are splendid! The resort is also right next to a Sea World, high school, and elementary school all within walking distance. I've had no problems walking to school!

They need improve on their communication skills and educate their employees on all resort policy’s before letting them answer the phone and speak to customers. We booked online for one night because that was all it would let us go. The second my husband finished the booking he called the office to try and get a couple more nights, but they didn’t have any available. He then asked if he could cancel the one night if he found another site that had three nights and was told yes. “Yes, you can call the office back and cancel that booking.” Twenty minutes later he called to cancel because we found another camp site. The women who answered the phone told us we could not cancel and we would not get our money back, because we didn’t cancel 48 hours before arrival date….WHAT?? Explained to her what the gentleman told us and she just kept saying “canceling doesn’t mean a refund”. After talking to her a few more minutes, she said she was going to have the office manager call me back to see what could be done. I guess they didn’t really care because we did not get a call back. So I guess now you can add lying to the last of things that need to be addressed with management so they can provide proper training to all employees. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED.
