Jetstream RV decided to hire me to play music for them, terrible thing is they tried to renegotiate the fee after I played my show. They still have not paid me the $550 they owe me to this date and the show was several months ago.

WONDERFUL STAFF!!! Very accommodating and focused on making our experience 10/10!! Very well kept place, nice amenities, we will def be returning to this place when we stay in the area again! They made all the difference after our terrible experience with their competitors down the road!!

Beautiful RV park. It's mostly filled with full-time residents. Wonderful private shower rooms that require a door code for entry. They are full size bathrooms with lots of room. Very pet friendly but limited to 2. One resident close by me has a huge pet tortoise in a fenced area of his yard. Big dog park and doggie poop bags at every grassy area where pets can be walked. There's a dog wash station, too. Car wash, gym, private indoor storeage units, putting green, a catch and release fishing area, and a very nice outdoor kitchen area and bonfire pit. Book early, go check their website for all details. Highly recommend.

Nothing takes cash. To do laundry I had to download an app and give credit card information, thanks to thus nonsense I got 10 spam calls before I even put my clothes in the dryer. I tried to buy a soda at the office and they wanted to put it on my card that they kept on file. I will be canceling my credit card the second I check out. If you value your privacy and personal information, do not come here.

The Advanced RV park is very nice with a great location. It is close to central Houston, nice long pull through sites, very clean and level. The people at the front desk are super helpful and friendly.

If you need a great RV park in Houston then look no further. This place has it all and very well maintained even immaculate park. They have a beautiful pool and spa area with cod hole boards and horseshoes, games, puzzles, etc. Trash pickup every morning, staff was helpful because we blew a trailer tire on the way down they gave me an excellent and well priced mobile tire guy. Platinum standard and a Good Sam member. A++++

I love this place, the administration is very attentive and friendly, they have a swimming pool, laundry, activities among others. The place is safe and very quiet, the neighbors are very sociable and friendly. They have a reasonable price for the monthly rent. Thanks to everyone who works in this place for the excellent service.
