I love the location. Way out in the woods and a beautiful sight from up there on the mountain. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. The RV sites are spacious and have plenty of room for your car and a good fire to sit around. 10/10 recommend this campground!

We have been coming to Eagles Peak for the past 4 years with our travel trailer. This year we have decided on a seasonal site and it has been the best decision for our family. We have 4 kids ages 5-13 and they look forward to going to camp every weekend. There are always fun things to do and staff is very friendly. Our family and friends often rent cabins and never have anything negative to say. 10/10 Recommend this campground to all our family and friends!!

After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if we want to go there, but their weekday prices convinced me. We got rustic cabin. It was rustic, definitely not new and kind of worn down, but really really clean. I don’t mind rustic I don’t mind old but what is very important to me it is cleanliness. I have to admit, cabin, bathrooms, showers were very clean. All campground is very well taken care of. Cleaning crew did a great job, all campground staff was extremely nice, polite, and accommodating. They were working around the clock. No trash lying around, pool water samples was taken to check quality. New showers are beautiful, farm style with ac unit, so you can take your shower comfortably. Kids had a blast at the pool and water slides. We were very happy we went there.

We just returned from our 2 nights cabin trip from Adventure Bound @ Eagles Peak and we loved it. We would have loved few more nights here. They have an amazing swimming pool with splash park and some water slides and kids had amazing time in there. Pool is usually open till late. Office staff is very helpful and welcoming and the check-in process was quite smooth. Roads leading to the campground are absolutely picturesque to drive through, from all directions. Cabin rooms were very clean, and quite big. We stayed in deluxe cabin. If you are bringing a bike then make sure to bring a mountain bike since all the internal roads have gravel and can get slippery. There is no restaurant, provision stores etc within 20mins of drive. Buy wood from weaver market, which is about 20 mins before the campgrounds, they are kiln dried, cheaper and burn quite well. Also get yourself well stocked with grilling stuff like charcoal, fire starters, lighter fluid etc, since the pale store isn’t quite well stocked for these. They sell tasty Hersey’s ice creams though. This was quite a good change for us from going to Poconos all the time.

It was our first time here. We paid extra to be able to use the facilities before check in and after check out. It was a very hot day, so we used the pool, which was nice. There is a large family pool, a splash pad/small water slide section and an adult only pool. I walked over to check in 15 minutes before the “official time”. There was no line and our cabin was available; however, the staff made me wait until exactly 3pm. I thought that was a bit ridiculous, especially since I paid extra to get there early. The cabin was clean and nice, but they didn’t have several things I would expect in a fully stocked kitchen—no oven mitts, no cookie sheet type pan, no dish detergent, no hand soap. And those things were not on the list of recommended items to bring. The oven, refrigerator, and shower worked well. There is food service in the camp store that serves a variety of items, which is great for a quick, easy lunch with the kids. The store does close at 5, though. I suggest you rent a golf cart if you want to easily see the entire campground or go fishing at the pond. All in all, it’s a good place for families. We got the weekday discount and was worth it.
