We were already used to excellent reviews and great service at this camp. But what impressed us the most was how the management and staff handled an issue that came up during our stay. The way problems are solved here is the best proof of high-quality service! The location is perfect: very close to Provincetown, within walking distance to the beach. Right across the camp, you can buy fresh live lobsters—make sure to bring a big pot! In the summer months, a bus runs every 30 minutes with a stop right by the camp, so you don’t have to worry about parking. This was the best vacation week of the year for us. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this camp to everyone!

I booked a primitive tent campsite, which means no water or electric hookup, the site had a picnic table and a fire pit that you can move around wherever you want. The site I had wasn't super private but it wasnt incredibly cramped either, so overall it was fine I guess. Bathrooms were clean and showers were free. The cashiers in the store were very friendly and even gave me recommendations for dog friendly beaches (herring cove) and a fun place I could take my dog to run out really far during low tide with a bunch of other dogs and it was basically a dog park but in the ocean (harbor view hotel) Complaints I have is the camp store closes at 4 Saturday and Sunday, closes at 6pm on Friday, so if you need firewood you need to remember to buy it BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES AT 4PM. It's been a while since I've stayed at a campground with a store but 4pm on a Saturday seems a bit early (but maybe they all close that early I don't remember), so we had to get in our car and drive down the street to the shell station a few minutes away and buy firewood for 10$ a bundle. Also the site we had did NOT have a grill or any kind of grate to put on the fire pit to cook, I have never been to a site without at least something to cook on.

Nice little campground. My issue is its very tight, so please be careful They do offer pump put service for only $25 which is nice. They do offer free wifi and havr plenty of public bathrooms and showers. That could use a little face lift. Nice 20 minute walk to the beach. Not bad pretty flat and shaded trail to walk. But over all a nice campground if you want to get up and go and their is plenty to do around here.

The staff are very kind. The campsite was quiet. The price was very fair. Warm showers are a huge plus. The local bus line comes right to the entrance. I would absolutely stay here again.

This campground is in a great location. That’s it. If you are tent camping, be advised that the tent sights are small and cramped. The ā€œpremium primitive campsitesā€ in yellow on the map used to be the biggest and best campsites I have ever visited. They put up a fence and now there’s barely room for your car and a tent next to the road and RVs. The sites are literally reduced by size 90% and the same cost. Also, if you have a small campfire at 11pm they will roll up and dump a bucket of water on it and walk away. This used to be the best campground on the outer cape, now it’s not even an option for me. 2 stars is high for a tent camping experience in the area.

This is a great option to see the Cape in a cost effective way. It’s a step up from tent camping and the kids loved the experience. The location is very convenient and close to the beach. Provincetown is only a few minutes down the highway and definitely the go to destination.

Very nice Campground. We stayed there 2 nights with our tent. The lots are nice, the toilet and showers clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. There is a nice path a mile long to walk to the beach. They allowed us to stay until the end of the day in their parking lot on our last day without extra charge so we could go to the beach.

Campground is just the right size to let your kids bike around and not worry. Cabins are great and have a lot of beds for everyone . Pool and splash pad big enough you don’t feel cramped . The store is very convenient . Been going for the past 4 years and each year we add another family to our vacation! The more the merrier!

James and his team always make sure your stay is pleasant. He makes a point to greet us during our stay. Camper and restrooms always clean. Great location, close to beaches and shopping. Bus loop makes it easy to get around.

The location of this campground is top-notch and the beach that is walkable and the bike trails were fantastic. The bathrooms were adequate and the campground was quiet. There were no activities or pavilion or events or family/kid activities but this could be just because it was late in the season. 3 stars because The grounds themselves are quite shabby With mostly pretty rough looking seasonal sites, lots of defunct campers, definitely resembled a trailer park more than a Campground.

This place is gross!!!! We rented the top camper and it was absolutely disgusting. None of the dishes that were provided were cleaned. There were bags of chips under the bunk beds and the sleeper sofa was so stained I wouldn't even sit on it. These campers need to be updated as they are clearly worn out. I serve in the Army and have seen gross things, but this was absolutely disgusting and we were very disappointed. The sites are all tight and there is absolutely no parking for your car. It says no dogs in the campers which I respect, however two days before my vacation the manager said we couldn’t even have our dogs on the campsite outside. It’s outside so I don’t see what the issue was. Then as we were there, I saw a dog on one of the rented sites with nothing said to them. You can tell it is not taken care of and things are becoming run down. Very sad as it has a good location and has great potential to be a great family place. I do not recommend going or staying here especially for what they charge. There are many other places near here that are much nicer and charge less.

Second time camping and this was a great experience! Bathrooms were perfectly fine (especially mid morning after they clean, at least when we were there šŸ˜‰), generous size camp site, and close to a really nice beach. Easy walk and you don’t have to pay anything. Two women at the front store were great šŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ¤— Super flexible as well when we had to arrive a day late!
