I am a contractor and travel the country for work, staying in rv parks wherever I go. Central location for work is the only upside to this park. The website says that they have park wifi but once I arrived I was told that there is no wifi available and I would have to purchase my own internet service. The lot that I was given had trash and dog poop all over the ground. The lady at the desk was really nice but the cleanliness and lack of wifi are making me second guess my decision of staying here.

Came out for football season, so far so good. Barbara in the office is amazing. Any questions we got she'll answer them. We ended up coming in about a week early than what we were scheduled. Good thing they had a space available and then was able to get us in. Our stay here will be 2 months, up in a couple weeks, very quiet. Very peaceful place. Hoping that we will be able to come back next year and do the same thing. The good thing is it's right off of the highway. Easy on and off.

We were in town for our granddaughter’s ring day. It was a great location to stay. Close enough to everything we were attending but far enough away to be out of the crowds. Park was clean, well kept, and quiet, level parking spots. Grounds were nicely maintained. We will certainly stay here again while in CS.

Super clean and convenient. Right off the highway and friendly folks at check in and living there. Just wish they had wifi so we could work from there too but nice to have down time.
