I’ve stopped here overnight a few times. Works very well for that. Reservation system easy. Easy to find. Spaces are tight but fairly level, can stay hitched up. Utilities are in the center, not at one end.

Mark got angry at the fact i complained about the bathroom having blood in it, on the floor, the door, the wall, the shower curtain. The cleaning lady does absolutely no cleaning at all whatsoever, it's always nasty with the se trash in the same spot Month after month. I complained again after she somewhat cleared it but still blood in multiple places. Because of that I'm not wanted back. If that's the best you can do then thank you very much for doing me that favor. It's much easier just to tell people to leave then it os to do your jib obviously. So if you see mark don't shake his hand because he's s nasty person

This is a functional RV park, that's it. There was trash everywhere and was mostly full timers living there. Sites were very close. More than half the park was empty and everyone there were all together. Site was not level, there was no table and no trees. It did not feel like a super safe area but I did not see any crime. It was a good location in proximity to Collierville and Germantown.

We always stay here when in Memphis to visit family. Ag center Rv park is great for big rigs all pull thru parking with full hook ups. Nothing fancy host was very nice and cordial. Let us know when we called for reservations that they would be the Delta fair setting up but it was at the other end of the park. Lots of full timers but they have never been a problem. Felt very safe here, we were gone most of the day and only here for sleeping. I walked up the hill to the farmers market, offering fresh veggies mostly during the week and then other vendors on the week. Located about 5 miles off of I40 lots of fast food very close and shopping. Really easy to get to. Just be sure to come and go out the front entrance to Germantown road at the red light. GPS will send you out the back way to walnut grove road no light there and just a small space to cross the road so if in big rigs not ideal to go that way. Had excellent WIFI connection.

We have stayed here several times as an overnight stay going east. It is a park with what appears to be several long term residents. We have had ZERO issues about anything during our stays. The camp host is always friendly, helpful and professional. Mark is very nice and has been very accommodating during our stays. It is always our stop when headed through Memphis. It is around several fast food and sit down restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. It is very convenient to Kroger, Walmart Super Center and a Costco.
