It rained most of the time we were there, and we could not enjoy all the extras that you had to offer

We were in the area for a soccer tournament and this campground was the closest available. We were pleasantly surprised as the campground had plenty of woods so you didn't feel packed in with other campers. The owners were very nice... it has a very laid-back feel. We rented the canoes which turned out to be a lot of fun. Our grandson had a blast at the beach catching fish with a net that the staff loaned him. Overall, great stay. The only reason I didn't give a five star is that the bathroom/shower building could use a little attention. It is a very old place and the screens were in need of repair, I also wish they offered kayaks.
