Alamo Fiesta RV Resort

Nice RV park. Very full but with lots of privacy! Management puts on events and gatherings, allowing opportunities to meet neighbors. Very close to shopping centers and restaurants. Laundry facilities are clean, and you pay with an app. Timely and regular emails regarding events, improvements, etc. Updated playground and a pool.

We absolutely love stopping at Alamo Fiesta RV Park every time we're passing through San Antonio - it's become our go-to spot on road trips! This place is a hidden gem for families like ours, especially with toddlers and a dog. The playground with swings are always a hit with our little ones. They burn off so much energy there in between long trips. From the moment we arrive, everything is always seamless. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and quick, with no hassle at all. The park itself is spotlessly clean and remarkably quiet, even with the freeway near. It felt very peaceful after a long drive. A huge shoutout to Victoria, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate our unique needs this last visit. Her helpfulness made all the difference and turned a potential stress into a smooth experience, and we can't thank her enough! Clean, quiet, family-friendly, and super convenient - we'll be back on our next trip! Highly recommend.

We have been welcomed as soon as we arrived. Every communication is a warm invitation to be a part of the community. Guests are polite and friendly and seem to enjoy their time here with others who see this as home for whatever time they have decided to spend here. The amenities offered are convenient and friendly and provide enjoyment and input from everyone who wants to be involved.

My husband and I were longtime residents. We lived at Alamo Fiesta RV Resort since 2011. Victoria , the newest manager of the property is the best we’ve ever had. We want to thank you for making us feel at home all these years.

I’ve been living at Alamo Fiesta for two years now, and it truly feels like home. The community is friendly and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The schools nearby couldn’t be any better, which has been such a blessing for our family. The park is also making major turnarounds from when we first moved in—you can really see the improvements being made. My family enjoys being in Boerne because smaller towns are better for schools and community, but it also helps that San Antonio is only about 20 minutes away. There’s an endless list of things we can go enjoy in San Antonio, while all of our everyday needs are met right here in the safety of our beautiful town. Thank you, Alamo Fiesta, for updating and putting so much effort and time into the pool, the playground, the dog park, and the laundry. Those are places and things my family uses multiple times a week, and it makes our lives not only easier, but so much better for it. There’s a genuine sense of community here; you’re not just another tenant, you’re part of a neighborhood. If you’re looking for a safe, quiet place to stay long-term or even just passing through, I couldn’t recommend Alamo Fiesta enough!

We chose Alamo Fiesta RV Park due to location and amenities. Wished we had read the bad reviews here and other sites. After finding our way to the park, which is kinda confusing, we were given a spot in the gravel pit. Flat slab, but no grass between you and your neighbor 6' away. Disappointing. Amenities? Laundry rooms and pool are great, but despite the lies in the advertising, we were told there was no internet as we were long term. Neighbors told us the internet sucked anyway. There has been no internet for awhile, yet they keep advertising. We left for the Memorial Day weekend, and have just found out upon our return, that the park has pulled the cable. Neighbors say the downhill slide of this park is ongoing, and speculate the uncaring manager is trying to set everyone up for eviction due to plans for apartment complex. We've been warned not to discuss anything with manager as she is uncaring and not a people person, and will offer you the opportunity to leave the park instead of addressing concerns. We have paid our rent for the remainder of the stay, had intended to stay longer, but we know there are better parks that are professionally managed to cater to the tenants.

We traveled all day and we're supposed to pull in there this evening but we were just too tired and could not make it think it is bad business to not give a refund if you cannot stay. I do not recommend

One the best parks I have encountered. Staff is helpful and friendly. Park is well maintained. Convenient to everything! I highly recommend this park.

Stayed here May 2021. Recommended by a fellow RVr. Great place, quiet, a bit tricky entrance with the construction. Definitely would stay again. Check in was great for after hours.

I called in today to attempt to request an early check in on this reservation. During the phone we realized that the reservation which was made over the phone was put in for the wrong year. The reservation was for 2022 but was supposed to be for 2021. We tried to change the reservation but were informed it would be $180 more than we were originally quoted. We decided we wanted to cancel the reservation since we were not prepared to pay that price but the very rude women named Lisa on the phone informed us that we would lose our $75 cancellation fee since the reservation was within a seven day period. However, as should be very obvious our only reservation was for 2022! We never confirmed the new reservation for 2021. I find it outrageous that we would be charged the cancellation fee in light of the fact that the mistakes made were not our fault.

Nice central location. Good services and friendly staff.

This is an RV park, not a resort and recently held a contest and drawing to attract positive reviews for the park. If you turned in a copy of a positive review, your name was entered into a drawing to win about $80.00 worth of crapola that is claimed to be worth $200.00. So far, it looks like Kelso and Melody below were the only ones to comment positively. Should be a sign, Lisa. . Nice staff but routine maintenance and cleaning are an issue due to GM and maintenance man being placed on incentive based salaries depending on overhead. Nice pool area, laundry, playground, dog park, and some nice lots with trees. Lots of unshaded, unlevel gravel lots as well. Lots of full timers that park multiple cars in grass that take away from the park. No tennis court, no exercise room, and baseketball is 1/4 court with old goal. No internet, horrible cable, flooding issues, electrical issues at times, and construction on highway and access road at front of park makes access challenging. Spend the $200 on more cleaning supplies for the bathrooms, clean the bathrooms to fight Covid, don't just wipe down the shower doors, update the cable and internet, and be more polite and you won't have to bribe people for positive reviews. Having a child answer the phones does not help.

This is the worst park, not managed well, and office staff rude. Cabins are falling apart, Do not staty here.

I love this RV Park! Ray & Lisa and all of the staff here are so friendly and helpful. The park is clean and kept up. I love that it is so pet friendly! I also enjoy all the activities they have here. Nice laundromats, pool and lots of trees. The staff have really made me feel at home here. I love being in Boerne and hope I will be here a long time!

Great access on/off IH10. Nice park, friendly staff and paved sites with FHU. Good Sam and Escapees discounts available. Amenities include meeting rooms for rallys, dog park, propane refills, wifi and cable tv. Have to admit the wifi kinda sucked though. Boerne is a great little town to visit. We were there during 'Dickens on Main' celebration (Thanksgiving weekend) which they hold annually. Easy trip into San Antonio or New Braunfels from here. Great spot for a few days stopover when traveling east or west! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
