This is a place to come when he has spaces available as they're usually full! However he does have laundry facilities and a shower for $6 for the public. There's one outlet available to charge your solar generator like I did today! AAA+++ small mom and pop owned and operated!

Full 30A and 50A hookups with water and sewer access great Alpine location, quiet, safe area where the hosts really are service oriented! Bill Nelson and Amy were very helpful and assisted with our setup and needs. Nice showers and laundry facilities and park is really clean and well maintained cannot say enough great things about our stay here! Thank you so much for all your support and hospitality! Bob was amazing and helped us check-in after hours on THANKSGIVING! He was super helpful, helped us back-in with our RV. Took our trash for us when we were hitting the road. Strongly recommend!

Very nice place to stop on way through NM. Full hookups, very nice clean bathroom facilities, and very nice man running the place. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and Elk too. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a sweet little RV park and although it has many monthly residents, it is kept in nice shape. There is not much privacy or beautiful touches, but it is quite adequate if you are traveling through Alpine, Arizona. The owner is very helpful and assist in placing your rig in the exact right position in your site. I have been here twice and will return in the future.

Stayed for my elk hunt. Nice location with nice restrooms with showers provided if needed. Spots are fairly spacious and other renters were friendly. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others looking for a close location to stay for hunting.

I highly recommend their showers 4 the weary Travelers. And the staff is great too. $6 a shower with a laundry room.

We stayed here in the spring and had an amazing time. Pros: The location is perfect. The hosts are very nice and willing to help with anything. Beautiful scenery with almost daily elk sightings! Be careful on the roads, especially the highway! Great amenities with propane, ice, clothes washers and dryers, bring the quarters! Cons: The RV spaces are small and very close together. There are full time residents and walls are thin so it isn’t secluded and quiet. We will certainly stay here again, hopefully they do a remodel and expand the site spaces.

Basic park, I see why they don't post photos on their website. Scant trees for shade. It's a place to park for a good price and get the amenities. I wish there was a shuttle into town for groceries, even if it were twice a week. I'd pay. I did see a UFOs about 2am for three nights in a row. First night it was a totally round shape like a flying saucer, pretty big, about the size of the whole park flying just over the trees totally silent. The next two nights they were boomerang shaped with orange/yellow swirling lights in the bottom very large flying at about 150 feet. That made the stay worth while for sure! Next stay I'll buy a night vision camera before I arrive.

Wonderful park. The most wonderful park manager's. They are so kind, thoughtful and helpful, I cannot thank them enough or say enough good things about them.
