We had a reservation that we cancelled due to it was going to rain the entire weekend. They told us we had a year to use our deposit as credit since they would not give us a refund. We had a dispute as to when the year was going to expire when I attempted to rebook. They never communicated with us either by phone or email letting us know that our time to use our credit was going to expire and when. I guess this is their customary practice so you will forget and they keep your money. I asked the owner to call me about this situation, and they never called. I will never stay there again.

Facility seems new and well maintained. The men,’s restroom was spotless. When I was helping a fellow traveler with an awning repair, we needed extra height so he backed his truck on to the grassy area. When tone of the manager drove by on golf cart, he said “What are you doing?! Move off the grass or you can leave.” The man wasn’t given a chance to respond, nor did the manager wanted listen to him. When I was checking out I express my concern about the way the situation was handled the other manager didn’t want to hear it. Neither of us will be returning. Travel at you own risk.

Flat concrete sites. 50 amp full hook ups. Quiet park and a very nice pool. WiFi is nonexistent and cell service is spotty. Not a tree in site, so you will bake. 30 miles to downtown San Antonio.

Overall, the resort is fine for a short stop over. We found there was nothing close by and did a lot of driving to see the sights in the area (San Antonio). No activities on-site. We had some issues with our RV site electrical and were told by park manager (Mike) that they won’t fix it as it keeps on breaking. He was not a very friendly person and as such, we were advised to order an adapter from Amazon to use utilize what did work! We found he makes certain rules for certain people and not impressed :( As well, pool is only heated when park managers family is on-site, what?! Otherwise, the long term renters(or anyone else) don’t use the pool as it’s too cool. Time for a management change! We won’t return because of this.

Saw this place on YouTube and spent 4 nights. Beautiful resort. Grounds are very well maintained and plants are placed strategically so that you aren't sitting with a direct view of your neighbors sewage line. Quiet and private but still close to town for supplies. A golfers paradise! I'm not sure I could spend a long period of time here (all winter) because there are no programs or fitness programs but for golfers, this is a great spot.

Beautiful RV park with excellent concrete parking. Staff are very nice. The golf course next door is great and the clubhouse restaurant is magnificent!

Fabulous RV Resort. Large open sites with small patio. Paved and level! We were only there for one night but it seems to cater to a mature golfing group. Very well maintained, from what we saw. Husband used shower and says: lacks for privacy, no rack to put your things on, flimsy shower curtain that does little to contain water. A surprise as it's such a nice new area they could have done better on bath house. Take a lesson from MN state parks...nicest bath houses on earth!

This is a really nice campground/resort. The office is closed between noon and 1pm so you don't want to arrive during this time because you can't get in the gate. The office check-in was very nice and professional. The grounds are well maintained and are nicely landscaped. The interior roads are all concrete and super easy to navigate. All of the site pads are concrete and all appear to be really level. The utilities all work well and are nicely surrounded by rock so it will never be muddy. All in all, a beautiful campground/resort!
