What a perfect unexpected find. Driving from Arlington to Spokane in July very hot outside. They have shaded spots with water and electricity, primitive spots along the Lake look nice but not much shade, also a Dump Station. Day use on Sunday was jam packed. RECOMMEND: Eight Bar B Motel in Wilbur. Safeway in Grand Coulee

We did two nights of camping & had a great time! Clean bathrooms and showers. Day use is available with Discover Pass. The beach area was clean and not too crowded, we went at the end of May after Memorial Day weekend. We had no problem launching our inflatable rafts and kayaks. They also have a concession stand, where you can buy any last minute items you may have missed, ranging from snacks to ice to life jackets to beach equipment and firewood. Dog friendly and kid friendly. Great for families. We were treated to a beautiful sunset as well.

Boat launch, fishing dock, large roped off swimming area, sandy beach, concession stand/small store, all sorts of watersports, and kayak/paddle board - rentals. It's a fantastic lake with beautiful mountain views. Clean bathrooms with showers and lots of picnic tables. Some campsites have more privacy than others, but all have close access to the lake. Hiking, wildflowers, birdwatching and so many visible stars at night. Bring your own shade 😎.

Great amenities and well kept work green grass at the lake. It's nice to have access to showers that come along with the cost of a nightly stay. They clean and rake each plot. It's mainly rocks. Expect to walk up and down hills. The spots are extremely close together with not much shade and you can hear and see neighbors. There's clean water and trash cans easily accessible. The lake is the draw of camping here if you're not just looking for a place to stay between destinations on a hot day. Make sure you have a discovery pass if visiting for the day at the lake. The small store next to the lake has bread, hamburger buns, peanut butter, jelly, hot sauces, loads of ice cream hot food like Red Baron pizzas, caffeine drinks, minor fishing supplies, kayak rentals, toilet paper, tampons, nearly any basic product you'd need in case you'd forgotten something. They have thoughtful, great toys for kids. Expect prices to be a bit higher. There's a playground next to the lake that isn't exciting, but has a slide and two rocks kids can climb up. You could camp here without needing to bring anything but a tent
