Would not stay here again. About 5 miles off of I40 and you have to drive thru business district to get there. Looks like a lot of people living there permanently. Most sites are not level and the road coming in needs replaced. Gravel and BIG potholes. Dogs running loose. There are much nicer parks along 40W if you drive just a few more minutes.

Cheap. Good utilities. They had several decent level pull through spots for a big rig. A little tight on the drives for my 40 plus tow, but manageable.

Would not rent to me for a month stay his reasoning I have my kids with me and the only allow monthly to two adults when I asked if the issue with them was that it was a non kid friendly even park he said they don’t have the amenities to accommodate kids I don’t need amenities. I have a 40 foot RV for a reason. Drove past there the pictures are not accurate. The ground is extremely unlevel. Park appears to be very dirty. So I dodged a bullet by him telling me no anyway I would not recommend this park for several reasons not family friendly dirty unlevel

I would recommend this location, I was driving a 45 ft Tiffin, pulling a 20 ft trailer. They set me up with a drive through so I did not have to unhook. great price, good helpful employees. I just stayed one night, late arrival. They had my spot marked for me. I will be back. Ernie
