You know this place is set apart by one thing: management. Josh and his wife are such wonderful people and do so much for this place it took a few months before I realized it! Clean, safe and very hospitable. If you're looking for a snowbird spot or a year -round place to park your home on wheels, this place is tops. Swimming pool, laundry and clubhouse this place has it all and it's so reasonably priced. Can't say enough positive things about this place 😃

Recently stayed in cabin #22. Very nice, clean, new tiny house. Fully furnished kitchen, bath and bedroom. Full heat & AC. Cute front porch for sunrise viewing over the mountains. In nice quiet RV park across from VFW. Could walk to Main St. Pro: Bed was fantastic. Whoever chose the mattress especially, and linens kudos to you. Con: Picky, but could use a better couch. Kinda small and uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I wish I could give this park 5 stars like it deserves, however with all the traffic loud music in the center of the park and the FOREVER barking poor dog tied to a side by side that continuously barks all damn day I couldn't sit outside and enjoy ANY part of the day and evenings too, the loud Spanish rap music by me was the breaking point for us. We always try 1 or 2 nights before we decide to stay somewhere for a while and this place definitely isn't that place for us. When you can't enjoy sitting out in the nice Arizona weather than why would we wanna stay? I also talked with a few neighbors and they just "put up with it" apparently because the owner is good friends with them. The manager (can't remember his name) was very nice at check in and keeps that place top notch, it's unfortunate that his hands are tied with this BS.....

Hands down the BEST Resort in Quartzite, I'm a very particular person with old fashioned values. It can be tough to find a park in Quartzite that doesn't have the occasional random intoxicated person or unkept facilities but American Trails is BY FAR TOP NOTCH. I don't normally leave reviews but the manager Josh has to be the best manager out of any park I've ever been too in the country. I've been to parks in just about every state over the past 7 years since I started RV'ing fulltime. I was having some issues getting my hookups plugged in, it was very late at night when I arrived and frankly I was exhausted and really struggling. Josh the manager came out of his camper around 11pm without me even asking and saved my bacon by getting me plugged in and my hookups fixed. Any other park would have left me to fend for myself but Josh went over and beyond the call of duty and made sure I was all settled in and secure for the night. He was so warm and welcoming and frankly incredible that I had to take the time to write this review. I was only scheduled to stay a few nights this trip but ended up staying much longer because of how impressed I was by him and the facilities. They have a cute little laundry room, clubhouse with TV, pool table and full kitchen and bathrooms and showers which were very clean and well maintained. Their prices were very reasonable but the real value is the staff. If I had more time I would have stayed for a month or more but due to my work schedule it just wasn't possible this trip however I will stay at American Trails every time I come to Quartzite from now on. A++

Great! We had a fun time Sunday with karaoke with Greg and and Penny. We had a potluck dinner and people coming from other places and singing karaoke and just having a lot of fun. That's something we haven't done in a long time and we really enjoyed it. It was fantastic. I tell you we can't wait until Sunday. Do it again. Okay bye. Hey thank you Josh for letting us do this. It was a lot of fun and we really appreciate you helping and getting things done. Thank you!.
