This is a very nice park. The folks in the parkare friendly . The park is clean and maintained. I feel safe. I never had any problems with my property.

Let me start out by saying Gregg is a rock star of a host. We traveled to Mission for a job and due to a family emergency (my daughter) was admitted to the hospital) and we had to extend our stay. He made the stressful situation less stressful and even had Josh cook burgers for the other kids while wife and I were with our daughter. Gregg helped her coordinate details with our family doctor and made sure we hade what we needed. Josh is an awesome big brother to our boys. Can’t thank them enough. The park is under new management. Gregg and Josh just took over. But the other guests can’t stop talking about the changes in cleanliness, activity and social engagement. Rates are reasonable. Amenities are great. A hot tub and pool as well as Working hot water showers. Laundry needs upgraded and we are told that is in the works. Tonight we came back from visiting daughter and Gregg & Josh had bought Halloween costumes for the boys. They got to attend the candy line and just got to be kids. My wife cried. We can’t thank these guys enough. The boys say Josh makes the best burgers.

This place is a work of art. The sites are clean, level, landscaped with a lot Of attention to detail. There is a new Manager Gregg and his partner Josh who is the Maintenance Supervisor. They are just great. Made us feel welcome and like old friends coming home. We are staying a few nights traveling through and found it online. Housekeepers are great and Nat was so sweet. The laundry works great. The clubhouse is cool and spacious for any event. It’s a diamond in the Rough but worth the visit.

Visiting our grandchildren and had the opportunity to visit this niche park in South Texas. They have the cutest bird watching refuge and it’s a cozy community not too far off the beaten path! Gregg and Josh are the new managers having just arrived Friday. They have taken the helm and are diving in to repair site that age has gotten a hold of. Richard and Josh are the sweetest gentlemen you will ever meet. Gregg runs the operations and was a blessing as we had RV a/c issues and he contacted a repair tech who came out at 6pm to fix it. Amazing pool and spa tub. Showers are wonderful. Park is very clean and well maintained.

Been living here for two years. Its a great place very quiet. Has a clubhouse where you can cook or relax at. Has a lounge with pool tables and a mini library in it. A laundry mat. Bathrooms with showers. And very nice pool with a hot tub. Very clean place. Very kid friendly. All the residents are very respectful and very caring about each other.

Americana is like the neighborhood we ll would like to call home, for a season or for a year. Trees and bushes line many of the sites, birds and butterflies are regular residents, the lots are large and spread out. The facilities are aging gracefully, but are clean and well kept. The staff and managementare extremely friendly and responsive. Most of all its the people -- a mix of families and Winter Texans that make the place especially warm and inviting. During the winter months it's one of those places where people hang out on their patios in the evening or just stroll around and visit. So many of the folks that come for a short stay, end up staying longer and returning year after year. You should try it, I'm sure you will feel the same way.

Great big shady spots for RVs, tents and park models. Friendly people New owners and manager are working hard to make everything even nicer. New wi fi too. Salt water pool is awesome for the summer. . Fun activities in the Winter Texan season. Clos to birding, butterfly park and lots of good places to eat.

This place is so beautiful! Gated area with many trees and a great diversity of plants. The manager was very kind and the staff was super cool. They have a self pay laundromat and clubhouse with wifi, a small but well kept swimming pool and hot tub, and a nature and birding trail!

The new staff is horrible. I stayed here before and wanted to move back, regardless of problems with roaches. Beth not sure who she is but extremely rude.
