I lived there for 4 years. They got rid of the trash that lived there and really cleaned it up. Loved my neighbors.... for the most part. LOL If i had to live there again .... I would jump on it.

This would be the scariest place in the county to stay or live for that matter. Drug deals, homeless people, theft. The list goes on. They have shifted management around more than the years I have lived here (and I've been here for 40+ years). The trailer homes are moldy. Bed bugs. Lice. If you are parking your RV here - it may get broke into by the desperate druggies that lurk around the area.
