A really nice place to stop for the night! Empty on a Sunday night in mid March and no bugs at the time. Site 5 is an easy back-in for a trailer or RV. Somewhere I read that the length limit is 21 feet but this site has much more space than that. Other sites are tighter right angles and looked less deep.

Nice and free campground (if you have an America The Beautiful card). First come, first serve. Beautiful live-oak-trees, quiet, clean campground, picnic tables, clean restrooms. You see the vehicle lights from the highway at night, but that's fine.

Love It.. I can catch a wi-fi signal. NICE FIRE PIT AND PICNIC TABLES.. ENCLOSED OUTHOUSES... LOTS OF TREES SO I WAS ABLE TO SLEEP IN MY .::Hammock::YEAH Played my VR games 😀 Looking forward to more fun days. Food and shopping only 5 Mike's down the road. Can hear I5 in the distance so not exactly silence but that's okay I made more noise...

I'm giving it 4 stars based on interaction with other campers. Friendly atmosphere. Restrooms were cleaner than I expected. Quiet remote place, nice breeze. Bring your food and water supplies. Overall, positive experience.

Supposed to be free but ranger wakes you up to tell you to go drive for an hour to buy a pass. Why can’t he just collect fees and issue passes like regular campgrounds?

No big RVS. Clean. Bathrooms, fire rings, picnic tables. Requires pass. 5 bars Verizon. No water. 16 sites. Hiking trails.

Pretty good, pit toilets really are disgusting, some noise at night but really not bad. Tons of bugs though, make sure you have some sort of insect repellent.

The campground was decent plenty of campsites not overcrowded typical bathrooms but you can hear the freeway all night long all in all for the price of camping it's a good campsite
