It doesn't have rooms. It is an RV park. Pros: Excellent staff, especially Abbie. She went out of her way to accommodate me. Caleb the manager was nice too. Park was quiet and the pool was refreshing albeit small. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Cons: High price and ridiculous laundry room app to dry your clothes. In the clean, hot showers they request a 5 minute limit which seemed a bit audacious considering it was $91/night. No staples in the store. Stock up before you put down your jacks. 4/5 stars mainly due to Abbie.

What a wonderful find! We stayed in our RV over the Memorial Day weekend. The staff was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The grounds were very well kept, and our site, as well as others that we saw, was a perfect size with a nice amount of shade. Pool was clean, as were the other recreational facilities. We will definitely be coming back!

The office staff were really friendly! Our stay felt very welcoming. They were very accomdating because I had to push back my reservation due to weather then my father's passing. We used their premium tent site and it was big enough for our family of 5. The prices were very reasonable for all that was included. My kids loved the pool and I really liked how it a was very clean campsite. The restrooms smelled good and the showers were deep cleaned. You can tell the staff really want your stay to be memorable. The community room was clean and had board games and books. Im very happy with this site, I can't wait to plan another trip and stay here! Thank you!

It was first time out with our new camp trailer and we were invited to meet with three close friend couples for the “learning experience”. It was a short stay because of other commitments, but we absolutely enjoyed it and our friends were full of knowledge as everything we did was first time. The campsite was perfect and we learned all about hookups. First time glamping. Loved it and will be going back with the group.

The park was clean and the sites are easy to get into. The staff was nice also. It rained pretty hard one of the nights and when we woke up the next morning we had a lake surrounding our trailer. We stayed in what I would call a wagon wheel or court. There were four sites in that area. Other than that it was a centrally located park that's close to Murphys and downtown Angel's Camp. Phone cell service was good also. We have Verizon. I would stay there again.
