Me and my wife came up to Mountain View for the weekend and stayed in Cabin #1 on the website. The overall stay was okay. Location was perfect and it was easy access to the main highways to get to town. We also came in October so there wasn’t much use of the creek or river, which I’m sure is awesome during the warmer month’s. The cabin itself is dated a bit. Part of the floor is falling in between the bedroom and bathroom as well. Living room also only has two chairs instead of a couch which was inconvenient. Only one outlet in the bedroom with a window unit that doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a long time. Again, it was an okay weekend spot and was perfect for our activities we were doing in Mountain View. I do not recommend staying in the cabin for a week.

We stayed in the small log cabin #1 that was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean with new bed linen. It's a beautiful place and friendly staff.

Cabins were dirty and tiny. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. Sliding glass door has kid snot smeared on it. Small deck not covered with steep steps. Tiny stove and no toilet paper, no toiletries. Way too expensive for what you get. Save your time and money and go to Silver Springs cabins in Eureka Springs. Same price and extremely nice cabin with jacuzzi tub and privacy. Covered porch with swing. Lots to do in town. Never ever again here. Bye bye Mountain View.

This campground could be one of the better RV parks, but they need to put in a little effort. Their website mentions laundry, pool, cable, and other amenities, but they don’t work, aren’t available, poor quality, or bad condition. I’m glad the website doesn’t mention Internet because the WiFi’s a joke. One thing I can say to their credit is they didn’t price gouge like the other campgrounds in the area for the eclipse. Perhaps that’s because they had lots of open campsites. Honestly, this could be a nice RV park. While the campsites are too close together, like many RV parks are, it’s in a pretty area with a river adjacent to many sites. I hope they can work it out and get some helpful staff that can successfully contact the camp manager when needed.

My family and I stayed there. We were in one of the cabins and they said the night before we checked in they almost burnt our cabin down. No type refund or anything for that. There was also mold all over and it stunk terribly. The heater in the cabin didn’t work at all we were freezing every night and half of the light switches wouldn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work and absolutely no service out there. The office was open for a couple hours though out the day, couldn’t get assistance with anything. I wouldn’t recommend going to stay there at all or ever again.

It was very relaxing and beautiful. Cabins were a bit rustic but they were making improvements. I will be returning. Had the best was ittress at their restaurant. Shout out to Charlene. She was great.

Tons of campsites. Close to creek. Definitely will use in the future. 30 amp and 50 amp hook ups available.
