We rented jetskis for 2 hours, everything went without a hitch, it was great! The jetskis were a bit used but we still had a lot of fun on the water

The RV park is new, well done, well maintained, in a great location and has beautiful views. The reason for 4 stars is the bathroom situation. They only have two full bathrooms (with shower, toilet and sink), which means when people are showering, you have to wait to just go to the bathroom until they are done. There was constantly a line of people waiting at the picnic tables just to use the restroom around people who were trying to shower. I think an additional unit with toilets only would make the guest experience far superior.

Excellent location to take a boat tour to Antelope Canyon, check out the second largest floating restaurant in the world with great food, beautiful house boats and of course Lake Powell. They also have a nice large gift store.

I’ve recently been reminded—once again—how Antelope Point Marina’s management, particularly the general manager, consistently prioritizes profit over service and people. Over the years, we’ve experienced ongoing issues with the marina billing our houseboat for services that were clearly never performed. Even when presented with irrefutable evidence, management has refused to take accountability or correct the billing discrepancies. While their cart service has been a bright spot, the broader service experience at the marina—especially offshore—is the worst I’ve encountered in the industry. What’s most frustrating is the missed potential. With the right leadership, Antelope Point could be a world-class operation. Instead, the current management team repeatedly proves they lack both the experience and willingness to improve. We continue to keep our boat there purely out of convenience. If the cut-through near Wahweap were reliably open, we would not hesitate to move. We’ve also made a conscious decision to avoid all of Antelope Point’s additional offerings—rentals, maintenance, or other services—due to how poorly they are managed. The prevailing attitude from management is “If you don’t like antelope point it, leave.” That’s a recipe for long-term failure. A better approach would be, “Help us improve.” Unless you’re left with no other option, I highly recommend staying away from Antelope Point Marina.

Very well maintained RV park with electric power and water. They also have 2 bathrooms and grill area. The view is amazing. It gets very windy.

It is sad to see Lake Powell at the lowest water level that it probably has been since Inception, but it's due to the lack of rain and snowfall in the Rockies. The restaurant was nice though they had limited selection on beers and sodas. The staff was very friendly there!

Restaurant, gift shop, and bathrooms. You can walk down the long ramp or get a utv ride. Restaurant is decent, great fish and chips. Nice gift shop and clean restrooms. Beautiful views from the docks and yes the whole thing is floating.
