Just okay. Location was convenient for running into town. I noticed some fellow campers had stuff all around their camper, giving a "long-term" look. Also watched someone at the dump station shake their septic hoses out right on the ground. 🤢 There were a couple random pieces of litter in the site on arrival. Check-in procedures are confusing due to conflicting instructions on the posted rules, and the host was unavailable at check in time (around 2:30), but the office staff on the phone were friendly and sent a maintenance person sent out to unlock the power and water at the site. Noticed that the bathrooms are closed. From the other reviews I'm seeing, it sounds like they've been out of service for a long time, so I don't imagine they're going to open anytime soon. Lots of rules displayed prominently at the gate, but based on the fading of the signs and the little things noted above, it seems like those are probably only enforced when it's convenient. I'll pass next time, but it could suit your needs.

Quiet, moderately priced spaces. Asphalt and concrete pads are spacious but no shade is available for outdoor activities.

Great park, it’s a concrete jungle, but it’s safe, off the beaten path, doesn’t offer to much other than a great place to stay that’s close to amenity’s and affordable.
