Christy was very much a great host and representing of this park. She does her best to accommodate the needs of all the guest in the park. I ha e visited a lot of places and there are places that should take lessons from the hospitality in this place.

Nice RV park with a lot of amenities. Friendly staff, and they drive you to your site. This RV park has cabins as well. There is a laundry room and a covered activity area with picnic tables.

We booked because our son was staying here for work and it was a great opportunity to visit him since he's out of state or the country and we don't get to see him very often. The first few nights we slept pretty well, but that didn't last long because it's right on Highway 50 and extremely noisy. The fees for one week were very expensive, over $300 for one week I can understand for a luxury RV park, but this is not even close to luxury because of the location. The employees seemed to be very nice, we only had to talk to them upon check in. There is a laundry facility for you to use if you need to. Apparently it's not bad at all, we didn't use it during our 6 night stay but from hearsay it is not bad. If you don't want to smell the cow poop this is probably not the place for you. I would guess that the people who are long term due to work aren't bothered by it since they are at work most of the time. There are some Geode beds about 2 hours away if Rock hounding is something you're interested in. We went to the Geode beds one time and sadly didn't find anything, but I'm certain they are there. It was just too hot when we went so we didn't stay out very long. All in all the reason for the low rating is because of the cost, the noise and the cow poop smell. They used to give discounts for Good Sam members, but the new owners don't do that anymore.

This park used to be a 3 or 4 star under old management. But now the management always acts mad when we have an issue. Example I paid over 60 dollars for my hose quick connects and they got tore up when work was done by the contractors. When I brought this up the lady acted rude and was arrogant with how she approached me. I've been here for almost two years working and never had a issue with the old manager but the new lady makes me wanna pull my camper ten minutes up the road to IPP and pay 400 a month less with utilities included. And I only got two weeks left here. Semis will keep you up all night if your on the north side. The dryers usually take two cycles. They are rarely in the office so it forces people to pay online which is a 30 dollar fee for power and 30 dollars for lot fee...also l've been all through the country in our camper and usually the power bill is around 80-150 not here buckle up it's more than my 2700sq ft house we have seen over 300 this place is ridiculous on utilities esp since the are included 15 miles up the road at a quieter cheaper park. When Chrissy left the morale and joys of staying here went away. The rude snooty lady who runs it has ruined it. Good luck if you choose to stay here
