This is the campground in Keedysville Md area. This is only for group use as I learned unfortunately at night after driving from Ohio. The way it looked on google or info I could find showed it to be a first come first serve camp. That is not the case, it is only for groups such as scouts or churches to stay at. I was surprised by the lack of camping options in such a tourist driven area. There is a site called Antietam creek campsite that is right on the Potomac river that looked nice. You must book that one on recreation.gov though. We ended up at Koa in Hagerstown which was nice.
