Very well kept RV park. Easy booking, fair prices, nice size lots and level pads. All sites are pull through! The front office personnel is wonderful! It is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Longview is a short 15 minute drive. So very convenient.

This is an RV Park and not a Hotel. That said, this is a great RV Park. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is between Tyler and Longview Texas with easy access to dining, shopping and local events. It is also close to RV repair facilities if you need maintenance. Highly Recommend.

Stayed here on our way to and from our destination. It’s a very clean, well-maintained park. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful we’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area.

Clean bathhouse/rooms. The whole place was clean, no trash. Nice catch and release pond with ducks. We booked sight 40, close to the office, had a slight sag in the concrete, but nothing a couple blocks couldn't fix.

Everything from reservations to checking out was first class with the office staff. Sites were concrete and level. Shower facilities and laundry room stayed clean. There are other amenities there as well but being a work trip I didn't partake in the pool or fitness center. Overall the park was clean and well groomed. I will be staying there again the next time I come through town.
