Overview
Apache Mobile Home and RV Park serves as a quiet, functional destination for travelers exploring the historic landscape of southeastern Arizona. Located in St. David, this park caters to those seeking a low-key atmosphere away from the bustle of major urban centers. It functions primarily as a stable home base for snowbirds and long-term visitors who appreciate a straightforward, no-frills environment while enjoying the mild desert climate during the cooler months of the year.
Location & Surroundings
Situated in the San Pedro River Valley, the park places visitors in the heart of high-desert scenery. The surroundings are defined by expansive mountain views and a rugged, natural aesthetic that is quintessential to Cochise County. Because it is positioned along the transit corridors of southern Arizona, guests find it easy to access local highways while remaining far enough removed to enjoy peaceful desert evenings under clear, starry skies.

The park is designed to accommodate the fundamental needs of the modern RVer. Guests will find full hookup sites available, ensuring that stays remain comfortable regardless of duration. The property maintains a practical layout, prioritizing accessibility for various rig sizes. The quiet nature of the grounds makes it a reliable spot for those who value consistent utility services and a minimalist approach to park amenities during their desert residency.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
The St. David area is a gateway to rich regional history and outdoor exploration. Visitors are just a short drive from the famous Kartchner Caverns State Park, which offers world-class tours of living limestone caves. Additionally, history enthusiasts often visit the nearby town of Tombstone for an immersive look at the Old West. Birdwatchers and hikers frequently explore the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, known for its diverse wildlife and miles of scenic trails.
Who This Park Is Best For
This park is ideal for travelers who prioritize a tranquil, budget-friendly environment over resort-style luxury. It is particularly well-suited for retirees and long-term RVers who want to be positioned centrally between Tucson and the historic sites of Cochise County. If you prefer a quiet, community-focused atmosphere that serves as a convenient launching point for daily adventures in the high desert, Apache Mobile Home and RV Park offers exactly what you need.

Nice park- clean, level all pull-through sites with full hook-ups and part of Passport America travel club! About 10 minutes south of I-10, easy off & on so great overnight option or quiet base for sightseeing at Tombstone or Bisbee without price gouging!

People are really nice and the park has all the necessities and it’s clean and then there’s a guy who fill your gas. If you just leave it outside your camper. I highly recommend it.

Quiet, long term camping. Clean showers, laundry room, and propane on site. Professional and courteous staff. 15 minutes from Tombstone and 45 minutes from Tucson. Locally the best deal for the price.
