We didn't get to go because of illness and had to cancel last minute. Service/ communication was amazing and received an unexpected refund. Very thankful. We will certainly book here again because they were so kind.

Awesome park! Nice place with nice people. I think we just found our new favorite campground in Phoenix!!

Very nice and helpful staff. Park was clean and able to accommodate large RVs. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We felt very safe staying here. Visitors always had their dogs leashed and respected quiet time.

Most sites are extremely tight and management is horrible. Website clearly states wifi and cable but there's none. When I called to ask mgmt about it, she was horribly rude and hung up on me. We arrived before closing time but the office was closed. Just a sign on the door showing our site location. No other information. Park location is convenient and this could be a good stop under different mgmt. We make regular trips to Phoenix but needless to say, this place is off our list!

We made a reservation 2 weeks ago for a stay at Apache Palms, the next day we went where we store our 5th wheel and it was infested with ants. Immediately I called Apache Palms and cancelled “less than 24 hours”. They still charged me a 1 night stay charge. If they can’t be sensible on an honest cancellation we will not be going there anymore

Cramped small area, super hot and hookups are far from parking spot. My family drove a 37 foot Travel Trailer and we could barely get it in the spot they gave us. It took over an hour to park it and we had to back it up. The only good thing was that the park was clean, but the Phoenix summer heat was 105 degrees and the water was super hot. The manager was also very rude. I don’t recommend this one.

A great central location. Shopping near by, any kind of food you could want. Entertainment within a few miles and some of the nicest people you could hope to be around. All around a great place to stay and explore.

This place is wonderful! I’d say about 1/3rd of the place Is long term renters, myself being one of them. The property is well maintained and everyone keeps their areas clean. The laundry room and bathrooms are clean.. the internet works well if you’re next to one of the 3 spots they have the router thingys.. otherwise you’re out of luck. Luckily I’ve got my own WiFi hotspot. they allow dogs which is always a plus! No designated potty area for pets but everyone is pretty good about picking up after them. I see a few reviews about the staff being rude but I’ve never had any issues, they’ve been very accommodating! It’s about a 30 second walk to the light rail station which is beyond convenient. You can’t go wrong staying here, great location!

There were a total of 8 open sites last night, yet they made us park in site P4, which should not be a site at all. Our door opened up directly on to the road! This morning when my wife stepped out of the door, she nearly got ran over by a big truck driving by our door, then tripped on the lip of the pavement and fell, injuring her back in the process. It wouldn't have been so bad if they charge less for that site, but we paid nearly $50. Would have been better off parking at Wal-Mart.
