I totally loved the place, it’s a very nice place to park your RV. People around you are calm and respectful. I felt safe and comfortable. Frank the owner is always helping with any issues you have at the parking lot and that I really appreciate! I give it a 5 star rating 😃

Good manager decent rates and access to coin laundry. Animal friendly camp. The people that stay here are generally workers and the camp is quiet during the day. Good location mex restaurant next door. Only down side I know is the petroleum stink that sometimes sits over this area.

Super nice quiet place. Walmart is a 2 second walk. And the owner is super nice. Will make this stop again!

Never had a better extended stay experience at an RV park! Couldnt ask for a better landlord/park owner. Peter runs the place, Great guy, very helpful, and very prompt. Easy to get in and out. Coin fed laundry machines in center of the park. Delicious Mexican restaurant at entrance (Jalisco) And a small Wal-Mart right next door. Other places to eat and shop near. There aren't many shade trees but we were fortunate to get a spot with one!!

Nothing fancy but quite and electricity was even and steady with good water pressure. Location for us was great. Near shopping and places to eat.

Stayed here for a couple months while working in the area. It could get pretty noisy at night but overall the hookups worked great and wifi was stable. Pretty convenient having a Walmart in walking distance too.

Maybe we just pulled in there on a really bad weather day. Park is all dirt & you could hardly see anything but dust flying thru the air. We take pride in our RV & it would have taken a long time & alot of scrubbing to get all the dirt off our RV & car if we had stayed overnight. We did not stay. Sorry we had to inconvenience the owner who had to drive down from his office down the road to deal with us. Drove on down to Carlsbad to an acceptable park.
