Just got home from spending 7 days in this awesome RV park. Perfect location between Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Sarah and Isaac are fantastic owners/host. Campground very clean with a good spot to walk your dog with poop bags provided. Bath house was very clean with a good hot shower. Sites are wide with full hook up. Thanks guys for the wonderful stay. We will be back!

Aqua Bay RV Resort in Port St. Joe is a hidden gem! It’s right off Hwy 98, close to the beach, and meticulously maintained. Although it’s on the smaller side, it’s CLEAN, neat, and quiet — exactly what we were looking for. This isn’t one of those campgrounds full of seasonal clutter; it’s a well-kept, peaceful park where anyone would be happy to stay. Port St. Joe itself is an adorable little town, and you’re just a little over an hour from Panama City Beach (don’t skip this one!). We were greeted on arrival by Isaac and also spoke with his wife, Sarah — both fantastic camp hosts who made us feel welcome right away. Each site includes full hookups, a sturdy (nice/clean!) picnic table, a gravel patio, and a parking spot for your toad. We’d highly recommend this affordable, beautifully maintained RV park for anyone visiting Port St. Joe!

We just finished a month-long stay at Aqua Bay RV Park in Port St. Joe, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful — they truly made us feel right at home. The park itself is peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained. Everything feels well cared for, from the neatly kept sites to the charming little bathhouse. The bathhouse is spotless, and having washers and dryers right there was such a convenient bonus. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind while still being close to all the beauty and charm of Port St. Joe. We can’t say enough good things about our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua Bay RV Park. My family and I stayed for a week and the location and proximity to the beach and Port St. Joe's was great. Sarah (camp host) was awesome and greeted us when we arrived for check in. She was helpful throughout our stay. The sites are very well kept and I would definitely recommend Aqua Bay if you like quiet relaxation. I definitely plan on booking again on our next trip down. 5 stars.

We loved our stay at Aqua Bay RV park! Sarah (camp host) was so friendly! The park was quiet and only a block off of US 98. Our site backed up to woods which was a nice view from our dining area. There is a a small house that has a large bathroom/shower and laundry facilities. Plenty of walking space for dogs. We would love to stay here again!! Very affordable!

My friend and I stayed for a few nights. We borrowed an RV and we had no idea what we were doing, but Sarah was ready to help us out! She was so kind and helpful and even suggested places we could go on our bikes. We couldn’t figure out the hot water, so the bathhouse came in handy! Very clean and tidy place, WiFi, washer and dryer and very close to the beach! We had a long drive and I was concerned because some places have a cut off time for check in, but this place allows self check in which worked out perfectly. I highly recommend this place :)

This is a boutique RV park that is well run , clean and quiet. The owner is friendly and attentive. The rates are reasonable. Shower and laundry clean. A few perks like outdoor games. Wi-Fi is very sporadic. Unable to stream, and although only a block off the beach there is little view. Restaurants beaches are 5 minutes. All-in-all, a nice park for the $$.

this is the nicest little campground. It is so neat and clean, very well layed out. a very nice laundry and bathroom shed. It is all new and very clean. The washers and dryers work very well and are very reasonably priced. Sarah the campground host is awesome, she is on top of things and so friendly. She is there if you need her for anything. there is a very cute community patio near the back. The walk to the beach is about 1 block. we hope to be back next year. We met our friend there and met some new friends.

My doodle and I spent several days and had an astonishing time. The park is quite adamant about dogs being on leash but that protects everyone and their dogs. The park is super clean and quite small compared to the surrounding parks but for my needs I much preferred that. Laundry is also immaculate and Sarah is an outstanding host. The proximity to the beach is very nice for a dog walk. Just a bit over a mile up the highway is Windmark beach which is gorgeous. I had to leave early due to another threat of flooding at home but we'll definitely be back. Only reason for the 4 stars is there is no fire pit
Mitchy Beach
What a cute, nice RV park. There are only 14 rv sites, so this is a very small park with very limited amenities. There are full hook-ups, a small building with a very clean restroom/shower and laundry area. They have a small deck with some outdoor seating, games such as cornhole, and a grill. The campground is kept very clean. The owner/camp host is Sarah and she is wonderful. She was there to meet us when we drove in in the dark and she led us to our site. She made sure we were settled before heading back to her camper. She was always ready to answer a question, just chat, and bring packages of items we ordered. You can walk across the street and access a small beach where you can sit or walk. Just a mile and a half away is a beautiful beach with restrooms. It's 20 minutes to Cape San Blas and St. Joseph's State Park. This is a beautiful area to visit.

We loved our stay here! Very clean and close to town. It’s in a stranger location, but we felt safe there and were easily able to navigate with our 35’ fifth wheel.

Cute, Quiet 14 lot RV Park. Very well kept. Friendly and welcoming host. Bathhouse/Laundry room is well kept and clean, but it is a single bathroom. Site were a good size and we liked that each spot had its own parking space. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the placement of hookups at the sites. Your neighbors hookups are basically in your “yard” but still plenty of space for you to enjoy. Although not ideal, it didn’t take away from our experience. There is a great community deck with tables and yard games. It was a bit chilly to enjoy but I imagine it’s a great hang out it the warmer months. A great little spot for community happy hour. There is also a community fire pit and grill and a kids play structure. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any issues.
