My husband and I met at Aqua Vista as teenagers, and now we camp here with our own kids—carrying on a tradition started by our parents, who still camp here too. Over the years, it’s grown into a second home not just for us, but for our extended family and friends who also spend their summers here. It’s the perfect spot for families, with Friday night movies in the park, hayrides, cornhole, DJ dance parties, bingo, kids' crafts, a great pool and creek, and fun events like Christmas in July and the annual carnival. There’s always something going on, and Mike (the owner) does a great job keeping things fun, organized, and welcoming. Aqua Vista is truly our summer home away from home.

AquaVista Campground is one of our favorite places! The staff and other campers are always so friendly, and there's something fun happening every weekend. My kids love the carnival, Christmas in July, Halloween, and especially decorating the 4th of July float. The weekly dance parties are a big hit, too! It's such a great family atmosphere, and sitting by the river in the evenings is so peaceful. We've made some amazing memories here--highly recommend for families!

My husband and I have been seasonal campers here for 5 years. We have met lifetime friends who we get together with in the winter. The staff is friendly and the owner is always willing to help if you have a problem. I am always excited in the spring to go back to aqua vista to see my camp family. The activities are fun for the young and not so young. Halloween is our favorite. Aqua vista is our second home

This is our (Tim & Kim) first year at aqua vista campground and so far its been an amazing experience, the owner is very responsive and accommodating. The site we choose is right on the river, and we were allowed to make decisions regarding the site to cater to our set up and camper needs, also our pets and grandchildren. The amenities are awesome, something we have not experienced at other camp grounds. We are excited to spend the season here and see how it goes!

This is a great place to stay the people are very friendly and helpful and in my opinion the best parts are the river and the fact that they have a dog park avaliable is amazing I strongly recommend
