The park has gone thru major renovations since the new property manager Monique took over. From new cameras thru out the park to new remodeled pool and pool house, new fence along the perimeter. She’s exactly what this place needed. She cares about the people needs and always willing to help the community.

I spent 2 and a half years here. This park is like any other if you follow rules and respect management they give you the same respect and appreciate the rules being followed. I guarantee that all of the bitter reviews about management were left by those who did not follow rules and were disrespectful. The management team was always fair towards us and we also followed all of the rules overall management and owners were great. The downside to living here is that the pool was never open for the full 2.5 years that we lived here and from the information gathered the pool has rarely if ever at all been open. The quiet hours majority of the time are not respected by fellow neighbors. Beware if you are new here the lady in lot 174 is a very questionable character. If you befriend her you may become very acquainted with the homestead police department. Happy camping!

It could be took care of better, a little bit messy. Trailers are old and falling apart. I wouldn't stay here unless they did some major makeover.

This park is horrible starting with the bad management that they have that has no education to deal with the tenants, they have very bad form and do not respect the contracts, I have been waiting for more than one year for the deposited fund to be returned to me and the bonuses and they don't even answer the phone !! The administration of that place lives constantly without answering the phone, does not stop at the office, and is not friendly to anyone, everything is very uncomfortable to do anything and the answers are very ugly!

It depends on how you look at it. The place has some adorable homes and some... not so much. You can catch a waif of smell if windy, but I know how to fix it for my area. The people are friendly. Very central, near to anything you may need. If you know how to be positive. You can make this very homey. I like it.

Few friendly folks, not too shabby, could use more pool access. But beware of a soul eater named Daytona; nothing but trouble. Don't let her cute face, and warm smile deceive you.

No disrespect for the people living there, I was looking at a place to live and i found one person selling a mobile home, the whole place looks like a municipal dumpster, smells bad 99.9 %of the homes there are old and people living there dont care about fixing up their places, the park office does not do anything with the rent money thy collect.. stay away from this mobile home park.
