This park is huge, well kept. They offer many activities during the winter months. There's a pool, a gym, you can even shoot pool. The staff in the office are great as well. The downside is the cliques and gossip. I was invited to a potluck with some of my neighbors and the entire meal was about bashing certain other neighbors, and exclusion of those neighbors rather than keeping an open mind and considering the damage. Mostly this seems to be starting from a couple of women, assumptions which leads to judgment. I guess they never got past this in high school. Definitely not for me. I moved.

We stayed as Thousands Trails guests and had a great experience. The pool was heated and grounds were well maintained. The dog run is a nice amenity and all the residents were friendly. Thank you.

The sites are level and have concrete pads. The spaces are a bit tight, but the park is very well kept and not becoming junky over time, like so many are. They have a lovely pond with green space around it, nice pools and friendly people. The only bad thing about this resort is the road noise. It is located on a very busy road where people frequently speed by, and lots of sirens at all hours. The permanent residents further away from the road are fine, but the short-term RVers are put closest to the road, and it is very noisy. While they do accept pets, the dog park is located outside the park right along that busy road, and they definitely do not want dogs doing their business anywhere inside the park, as there are signs prohibiting it literally everywhere. I carried my little dog to the designated area every time, as I am always respectful of their wishes.

Courtney and her staff once again made our stay the best. Nice party on NYE, good music and food. Great RV park, clean and well managed. Will be back in four weeks, and looking forward to returning.
