Good option for a reservation campground. NOT too in eachothers spaces, which is nice. Some very nice spots right along the shore. Great camping if you like to tavel with kayak(s) and do some fishing.

My husband and I stayed up here one night and it was great! We got in late and were able to grab spot 7. It wasn’t until the morning did we see how beautiful the place was! We saw several deer and moose, even a mama with her calf! The campground host, Paula, came by and checked in with us. She was so helpful! We had forgotten to pack our coffee (doh!) and she brought us some and a map of the area! I wish we had a reservation to stay the whole weekend! The spots on the main road (not in the loop) are great!

It is a nice campground with mountain and lake around. Many trailhead you can pick. We stayed there nights. Day one hiking is from monarch lake trailhead to crater lake. The view on this trail is changed with the elevation, with creek, falls, mountain, and forest. Trail is well maintained. Day two is from roaring fork trailhead to wantanga lake. This trail is more climbing up up. Trail is slippery but. You need to be careful and wear good hiking shoes. It's a great campground definitely. You can also go easy trail around the lake or fishing.

The loudest campground I may have ever stayed in(I camp A LOT!) generators running all night, alarms going off. And all the other campground in the area are closed almost a month early..

This is where I camped on the end of Granby lake when I went to monarch lake. Nice camping grounds. Easy available to get to either lake.

I stayed at site 28 on the Moraine Loop. I was right across from the camp host who was very nice and fun to talk too. I wish the pads weren’t so rocky as my sleeping pad was not the thickest but it was quiet.

Visited here for our first camping trip! The location on Lake Granby is excellent - only a short walk to the lake shore. The entire campground has very good tree cover to protect from the sun. Nice outhouse-style restroom facilities scattered throughout. The host was friendly and helped us find our site. NOTE: You must purchase a $5 vehicle pass at the lake entrance, which is about 7 miles before you reach the campground. If you forget it will cost you an additional 14 miles of driving to circle back - I know from experience!
