Over price for a crappy space, not clean, ground not level, electricity panel box is not up to date, water connection fitting leak. Don't refund the deposit. Go somewhere else if you're looking for a nicer RV park!

This place is an absolute treasure! I've lived here on two different occasions in the last year while pursuing my master's degree at CSULB having traveled a great distance to do so. The grounds are alive with beautiful, mature trees and character unlike any RV park I've seen in Southern California. And the staff are simultaneously professional and fun to work with who always have smiles on their faces! Oh... the rates are amazingly low for what all this encompasses!

Great rv/trailer park. Becky, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. The park was so clean and organized. Great and safe location. I would love to stay here again.

I'm not sure why this was not posted. I was moved to a different space so I now have water and sewage. Thank you. This is a perfect spot.
