We stayed at this park for a few weeks to deal with the passing of 5 family members as a result of the Kerrville floods. Joyce and her husband were very accommodating and it gave us peace during this difficult time. Their park manager was also very helpful when we arrived. We were having to go back and forth and leave our RV unattended quite a bit and we felt safe leaving it there. Highly recommend this RV park!

Great experience keeping our rv here as a weekend place. Small park on a dead end road and I always felt safe staying here alone. Reasonably priced. Spaces are huge compared to other parks I looked at, and I enjoyed being backed up to the wooded area and seeing rabbits and listening to the birds when I woke up in the morning. I always kept my motorcycle beside the trailer and there was never any mischief when we weren’t in town. On site manager John is very friendly and would often stop and ask if everything was OK when he would drive by. Owners do not live on site but are very caring and responsive. Husband Pete could often be seen working on the property and wife Joyce was very professional handling the business end of things. Nice neighbors and never had any noise or animal issues. Grocery store and CVS are just around the corner. We only left because our plans changed and we sold the RV.

I’ve been living at this RV park since 2020 and I love it here. The people are friendly, it’s quiet & clean, the Texas Hill Country is really beautiful. Never had an issue with management, rent month to month is affordable, they have hi-speed internet available for purchase and we just got a new pavement installed. Plenty of space for Class A motorhomes with 50A & 30A electrical connections. 5 minutes from Canyon Lake boat docks. The local food is actually pretty good here. 20 minutes from New Braunfels. There is a laundry mat 5 minutes down the road and HEB is 20 minutes away. Really nice RV park and can’t beat the price!

My wife and I spent 2 months living at Arbor Ranch, and we absolutely loved it. It was quiet, well maintained, friendly, and very handy to nearby amenities, while simultaneously feeling very rustic and off the beaten path. The owners are very nice, and the rates are extremely reasonable. They are also great at dealing with folks who are loud or may not be a good fit for the quiet and peaceful atmosphere the park has to offer. The sites are beautiful, often having custom stone work and landscaping. The sunsets over the hills made for a wonderful nightly show. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to live, and I hope one day to return!

A wonderful place to stay, with a friendly wooded environment. It’s away from the main highway enough that you only hear the really loud cars and trucks, there’s a good amount of room between the lots on the hillside, on top of the hill is a little bit more crowed but the trees and bushes divide them nicely so there’s plenty of privacy. The prices were very competitive, I think I was paying around 400/mo from December-March, and that’s including electric which metered. The owners are amazing people as well, at the end of my stay my trucks transmission failed and I wasn’t sure when it would be fixed, and they worked with me through it all, letting me stay a few extra nights at a reduced rate on account of my situation. Can’t thank them enough!

We recently stayed at this RV park for 3 nights over the weekend. We really loved the place. Neighbors were wonderful, welcoming people. It is easy to get to and has beautiful hill country scenery all around the drive up to it. I spoke to a very nice lady by the name of Joyce a few times before and during our stay. I definitely recommend this place.

This place was great! Nice neighbors and quiet days and nights. I stayed for 22 days and and have no complaints at all. John the site manager/host was very friendly and helpful. Joyce was very accommodating and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly neighbors and quiet nights! The stars are bright and peaceful. The scenery and terrain really make this park unique, this is by far the best park in Canyon Lake.
